A display device includes a flexible substrate including a display area and a non-display area. The substrate has a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface. A first protection film is disposed on the first surface of the substrate. The first protection film is disposed over the display area of the substrate. A second protection film is disposed on the first surface of the substrate. The second protection film is disposed over the non-display area of the substrate. A light transmittance of the first protection film is higher than that of the second protection film.

Flexible display device

A display apparatus includes a display panel, a touch sensor, an adhesive layer, a first flexible printed circuit board, and a second flexible printed circuit board. The touch sensor is disposed on the display panel. The adhesive layer is disposed between the display panel and the touch sensor. The first flexible printed circuit board and the second flexible printed circuit board are disposed between the display panel and the touch sensor. The first flexible printed circuit board is connected to the display panel, and the second flexible printed circuit board is connected to the touch sensor. The adhesive layer overlaps with the first flexible printed circuit board and is in contact with the first flexible printed circuit board and the touch sensor.

Display apparatus

A touch screen panel includes a thin film substrate having sensing patterns formed thereon that is implemented as an isotropic film, and a polarizing plate is disposed on the sensing patterns so that it is possible to minimize or reduce degradation of image quality. The touch screen panel includes a thin film substrate, sensing patterns, and sensing lines. The thin film substrate is divided into an active area and a non-active area. The sensing patterns are formed in the active area of the thin film substrate. The sensing lines are formed in the non-active area of the thin film substrate so as to be connected to the sensing patterns. In the touch screen panel, the thin film substrate is implemented as an isotropic film.

Touch screen panel

A flexible display device including a display panel configured to display an image and including first and second bending areas configured to be bent along first and second folding axes, respectively, and a touch sensing unit disposed on the display panel. The touch sensing unit includes a base insulation layer, a first touch electrode part disposed on a first surface of the base insulation layer and overlapping the first bending area to detect an external input, and a second touch electrode part disposed on a second, opposing surface of the base insulation layer and overlapping the second bending area to detect an external input. A portion of the display panel is disposed between the first folding axis and the touch sensing unit, and a portion of the touch sensing unit is disposed between the second folding axis and the display panel, when the flexible display device is bent.

Flexible display device and method of manufacturing the same

A flexible touch screen panel includes a substrate having flexibility, sensing electrodes on at least one surface of the substrate, and implemented using an opaque conductive metal, and a polarizing plate on the substrate having the sensing electrodes formed thereon. The sensing electrodes may be implemented in a mesh shape having a plurality of openings.

Flexible touch screen panel and flexible display device with the same

A touch-sensitive display device is provided. The touch-sensitive display device includes a touch sensing unit and a display panel. A plurality of sensing electrodes is formed in the touch sensing unit. A plurality of driving electrodes to which driving voltages are applied is formed in the display panel. The plurality of sensing electrodes is formed in predetermined patterns on one side of the touch sensing unit, and the patterns of the plurality of sensing electrodes are different in a first sensing region and a second sensing region.

A touch screen panel is disclosed. In one aspect, the touch screen panel includes a substrate divided into a display area and a non-display area positioned outside the display area, sensing lines in the display area and wiring lines in the non-display area. Each wiring line is connected to two or more sensing lines. The switching units are connected to the sensing lines and the wiring lines so as to selectively connect one of each of the sensing lines to each of the wiring lines.

A flexible touch screen panel includes a substrate divided into an active area, a first non-active area, and a second non-active area, a plurality of sensing electrodes in the active area, a plurality of position detecting lines in the first non-active area and connected to the sensing electrodes, a plurality of connecting units in the second non-active area and connected to the plurality of position detecting lines and the connecting units are multiple layer structure wiring lines, a pad unit including a plurality of pads in the second non-active area and the pad unit is connected to the plurality of connecting units, and an insulating layer in the active area, overlapping the first non-active area, and excluded from the second non-active area.

Flexible touch screen panel

There is provided a touch screen panel in which sensing cells as touch sensors are formed on one surface of a substrate. The sensing cells are realized by laminating transparent conductive layers and mesh-shaped opaque metal layers. Therefore, uniform distribution of an electric field may be secured when a large area touch screen panel is realized and an operation may be performed although short is partially generated in the mesh-shaped opaque metal layers.

In one aspect, a touch panel comprising a substrate and a first conductive patterned portion that is formed on the substrate is provided. The first conductive patterned portion may include: a first direction conductive portion that is formed on the substrate, the first direction conductive portion including a plurality of first body members, a first intermediate member formed between the first body members, and a first connection member which is electrically connected to the first body members; and a second direction conductive portion that is formed on the substrate and is insulated from the first direction conductive portion, the first intermediate member including a plurality of second body members and a second connection member which is electrically connected to the second body members.
