Method and system for measuring an angle between a first member and a second member under dynamic conditions is provided. A first and second acceleration sensor and an angle measuring device (goniometer) are connected to the first and second member. Under dynamic and static conditions, the angle (&#x3b1;) is measured by the goniometer. Under static conditions, the inclination angle of the first member is measured using the first acceleration sensor and the inclination angle of the second member using the second acceleration sensor and the angle (&#x3b1;') between the first and second members is calculated. Then the deviation is calculated between the angle (&#x3b1;) and the angle (&#x3b1;&#x2032;). An error correction factor is calculated from the deviation between both angles (&#x3b1;,&#x3b1;&#x2032;). The error correction factor is applied to future and/or previous measurements of the angle (&#x3b1;) between the first and second member done by the goniometer.

Measuring the angle between a first member and a second member under dynamic conditions

The invention relates to an apparatus () for measuring a temperature of the core of a body for elevated ambient temperatures, comprising a heat stream sensor () having a surface adapted to be positioned in contact with a surface S of the body for detecting a body's inwards heat stream, said sensor being thermally insulated on all its other surfaces from the surroundings, a cooling element () for cooling the heat stream sensor, a heat buffer () being thermally insulated from surroundings and being arranged in a heat conducting communication with the cooling element, a control unit () for switching on the cooling element for compensating the body's inwards heat stream and a temperature sensor () for measuring the temperature of the body surface.

Apparatus and a method for measuring the body core temperature for elevated ambient temperatures

An assembly including a holder and a fluid-fillable container. The holder is adapted for holding at least the container and includes a system for filling the container with a fluid from a fluid source. The holder further includes a detector for detecting the fluid level inside the container, a light source for at least locally illuminating the interior of the container and an optical detector. The detector is arranged outside the container and for detecting a fluid level inside the container by detecting light scattered inside the container resulting from the light emitted by the light source.
