The method includes predicting a rotational speed of the wind turbine; determining frequency modulation remaining time based on the predicted rotational speed, the frequency modulation remaining time being time for which the wind turbine is able to continue to output frequency modulation power as the output power used for the primary frequency modulation without affecting a recovery of the wind turbine after the primary frequency modulation; controlling the output power based on the determined frequency modulation remaining time.

The method comprises: collecting, in real time, a wind speed at a site of at least one wind turbine generator system, which impacts noise at a noise detection point, in a wind farm; according to a noise acoustic power level database and a system database, respectively calculating a noise acoustic power level, at the collected wind speed, of each wind turbine generator system from among the at least one wind turbine generator system; according to a wind farm noise propagation database, respectively calculating a noise propagation loss value, at the collected wind speed, of each wind turbine generator system; and using the noise acoustic power level and the noise propagation loss value of each wind turbine generator system to calculate a total noise acoustic pressure level at the noise detection point.

A method and device for distributing active power for a wind farm are provided. The method includes: calculating a current total active power variation of the wind farm according to a current frequency variation of a power grid; distributing a current single-unit active power variation to each wind turbine according to a first preset strategy based on the current total active power variation and a single-unit storage energy value in a case that the current total active power variation is greater than zero; distributing the current single-unit active power variation to each wind turbine according to the first preset strategy based on the current total active power variation and a lowerable power value in a case that the current total active power variation is smaller than zero; and controlling each wind turbine to adjust its operating state.

The present disclosure provides a primary frequency modulation method for a wind turbine, which may include: detecting a current frequency of a power grid; determining an instruction value of a power change amount for a primary frequency modulation by a first determining process when the current frequency of the power grid is less than a standard frequency of the power grid, wherein the first determining process may include: determining a reference value of the power change amount for the primary frequency modulation based on the current frequency; and when it is determined that currently there is an active power headroom for the wind turbine, comparing the reference value with a current active power headroom value of the wind turbine and determining the instruction value of the power change amount for the primary frequency modulation; and performing the primary frequency modulation based on the instruction value of the power change amount.
