Shift register unit, gate drive circuit and display device

Provided is a display substrate, including a base substrate, multiple sub-pixels, multiple data lines, a first wiring layer, a second wiring layer and a first insulator layer. The base substrate includes a display region and a bending region located on a side of the display region. The multiple sub-pixels are located in the display region, the multiple data lines are located in the display region and electrically connected to the multiple sub-pixels, and the multiple data lines are configured to provide data signals to the multiple sub-pixels. The first wiring layer is partially disposed in the bending region of the base substrate and is connected to the multiple data lines. The second wiring layer is located in the bending region and disposed on a side of the first wiring layer away from the base substrate, and is connected to the first wiring layer.

Display substrate and display apparatus

A display panel includes: a display region; a peripheral region surrounding the display region; a base substrate; a first signal line, located on the base substrate, including an electrode structure located in the peripheral region, and an edge of the electrode structure away from the display region having a stepped shape; and a covering portion, covering the edge of the electrode structure away from the display region. The display panel adopts the covering portion to cover the edge of the electrode structure away from the display region, so as to protect the edge of the electrode structure, and to avoid the phenomenon of electrochemical corrosion of the edge of the electrode structure, the edge of the electrode structure away from the display region is designed to have a stepped shape, thereby prolonging a path for water vapor to enter the display region, and improving reliability of the display panel.

The base substrate includes a display region and a peripheral region located at a periphery of the display region. The peripheral region includes a first peripheral region, a second peripheral region, a third peripheral region, and a fourth peripheral region which are communicated sequentially. The first signal line is located in the peripheral region and includes at least two sub-signal lines connected with each other. The multiple signal access pins are located in a signal access region. Each sub-signal line of the first signal line extends to the signal access region and is connected with at least one signal access pin in the signal access region so as to be connected with a driver chip through the signal access pin.

An array substrate is provided. The array substrate includes a plurality of first type data lines and a plurality of second type data lines. A respective one of the plurality of first type data lines crosses over subpixel apertures of multiple subpixels of a first color, and does not crosses over subpixel apertures of any subpixel of a second color and does not crosses over subpixel apertures of any subpixel of a third color, the first color, the second color, and the third color being different colors. A respective one of the plurality of second type data line does not cross over any subpixel aperture. A respective subpixel aperture of a subpixel of the first color includes a first region and a second region. A ratio of a first area of the first region to a second area of the second region is in a range of 2:8 to 8:2.

A display substrate, a method of manufacturing the display substrate, and a display device are provided. The display substrate includes: a base substrate, a plurality of sub-pixels, a gate driving circuit, a plurality of input contact pads, a plurality of output contact pads and a contact pad insulating layer. Surfaces of the input contact pads away from the base substrate and surfaces of the output contact pads away from the base substrate are exposed from the contact pad insulating layer. The contact pad insulating layer includes a first portion having a first thickness and a second portion having a second thickness smaller than the first thickness. Edges of the input contact pads and edges of the output contact pads are covered by the first portion. The second portion is located in the region between the input contact pads and the output contact pads.

A display substrate, a manufacturing method thereof and a display device are provided. The display substrate includes a base substrate, a pixel defining layer and at least one photo spacer. The pixel defining layer is disposed on the base substrate and includes a plurality of openings, the at least one photo spacer is disposed on a side of the pixel defining layer away from the base substrate. A distance from any point at a bottom of the at least one photo spacer contacting the pixel defining layer to an upper edge of a side wall of the plurality of openings is greater than or equal to 5 μm.
