A display panel and a display device are provided. The display panel comprises a first substrate and a second substrate provided opposite to each other. The first substrate comprises M*N subpixels defined by gate lines and data lines. Thin film transistors in the k-th display row are connected to a first data line, and thin film transistors in the (k+1)-th display row are connected to a second data line. The second substrate comprises M*N filter units, a black matrix is provided between adjacent filter units, and the black matrix comprises shielding rows and shielding columns. The shielding row located between the k-th display row and the (k+1)-th display row has a first width, the shielding row located between the (k+1)-th display row and the (k+2)-th display row has a second width, and the first width is not equal to the second width. The display device comprises a display panel.

Display panel and display device

A display apparatus includes an array substrate and an opposite substrate arranged opposite the array substrate. The array substrate includes a first substrate and a plurality of sub-pixels disposed on the first substrate and arranged in an array. The opposite substrate includes a second substrate and a plurality of first spacers arranged at a side of the second substrate proximate to the array substrate. An orthographic projection, on the array substrate, of a first spacer is in a region where a region between two adjacent rows of sub-pixels intersects with a region between two adjacent columns of sub-pixels.

Disclosed are a display device and a driving method for a display device. The display device includes a display component and a light control component. The light control component has a plurality of light control pixels arranged in an array. Each of the light control pixels at least covers one of the display pixels. Each of the light control pixels is configured to switch between a first state and a second state. When the light control pixel is in the first state, external ambient light that has passed through the first polarizer does not change polarization state after passing through the light control pixel. When the light control pixel is in the second state, external ambient light that has passed through the first polarizer is adjusted, after passing through the light control pixel, to be linearly polarized light perpendicular to the light transmission axis of the reflective polarizer.

The array substrate includes: a touch electrode, located on a base substrate and extending along a first direction; a pixel electrode, located on the base substrate, insulated from the touch electrode and including opposing outer edges, the outer edges being sequentially arranged along a second direction. In the second direction, the orthographic projection of the touch electrode on the base substrate is located between the orthographic projections of the outer edges of the pixel electrode on the base substrate. The array substrate prevents or reduces differences between coupling capacitances between the pixel electrode and signal lines on two sides thereof.
