The present disclosure relates to the field of biomedicine, and in particular, to an improved mutant of a respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) fusion (F) protein and uses thereof. The mutant can form a trimeric structure without introducing a heterologous trimerization domain. Meanwhile, through mutation designs such as releasing internal electrostatic repulsion, deleting the furin cleavage site, truncating the C-terminal domain, and introducing interchain disulfide bonds, the protein is stabilized in the pre-fusion conformation and exhibits enhanced stability. The mutant in the present disclosure is highly immunogenic when used as a vaccine or a vaccine component and can induce the production of a high level of neutralizing antibodies in the immunized animal, which can be used in the preparation of a vaccine for the prevention or treatment of RSV infection, and can also be used as a reagent for the detection of RSV.

A convertible stroller is provided that includes a shell configured to support an infant. A pair of rear legs are pivotally coupled to the shell and a pair of front legs are pivotally coupled to a respective rear leg. The rear legs and the front legs are retractable to a first transport condition, and deployable away from the shell to a second transport condition usable as a stroller. A front wheel may be coupled to each front leg that is rotatable about a horizontal axle in the second transport condition. Each front wheel has a post that acts as an axis of rotation in the second transport condition. A cam sleeve is provided that is movably disposed on each post. In a first position, the cam sleeve allows rotation about the axis of rotation, and in the second transport condition prevents rotation of the front wheel about the axis of rotation.

The system includes a first machine learning model trained to generate coarse garment templates of a garment and a second machine learning model trained to render garment images. The first machine learning model generates a coarse garment template based on position data. The system produces a neural texture for the garment, the neural texture comprising a multi-dimensional feature map characterizing detail of the garment. The system provides the coarse garment template and the neural texture to the second machine learning model trained to render garment images. The second machine learning model generates a rendered garment image of the garment based on the coarse garment template of the garment and the neural texture.
