An apparatus and system for determining positioning measurement accuracy are described. A UE receives positioning reference signals (PRS) from a reference cell and a neighbor cell and reference signal time difference (RSTD) measurements based on the PRS. RSTD and other PRS measurement results based on the reference and neighbor cells have RSTD and other PRS measurement accuracy requirements, that depend on bandwidth (BW), subcarrier spacing (SCS), and repetition factor of the PRS.

Various embodiments herein provide techniques for positioning measurements in a wireless cellular network without a measurement gap. The measurements may be performed in one or more positioning frequency layers (PFLs). Additionally, techniques for activation and/or deactivation of a measurement gap are provided. An apparatus and system of establishing receive timing difference (RTD) for high subcarrier spacing (SCS) are described. The RTD is dependent on whether carrier aggregation (CA) or dual connectivity (DC) is used. For CA, RTD reflects the entire time difference between carriers caused by a Timing Alignment Error (TAE) and propagation delay difference between slots aligned at transmission. For DC, RTD is between the closest slot boundaries and reflects only slot boundary misalignment without considering the slot index.

One method includes: determining, by a terminal device, a measurement requirement on a frequency carrier based on a maximum quantity of colliding carriers that collide with the frequency carrier, wherein the maximum quantity of colliding carriers is determined based on a measurement gap and a measurement window of the frequency carrier, wherein the measurement gap indicates a length of time between two measurements of one or more carriers that comprise the frequency carrier; and performing, by the terminal device, measurement on the frequency carrier based on the measurement requirement.

A pixel region is provided with a light emission function layer on a base substrate of the display substrate, and a separation region is provided with at least one first barrier structure. The first barrier structure includes a stopper pattern and a first separation component. A side surface of the first separation component has a recess, and a portion of the light emission function layer extending to the separation region is disconnected on the side of the first separation component. The separation region is provided with an inorganic layer structure on the base substrate. The inorganic layer structure includes multiple stacked inorganic film layers, the stopper pattern is located between two adjacent inorganic film layers and the first separation component is located on a side of the inorganic layer structure away from the base substrate.
