A system for planning a fitness exercise course includes a corresponding module establishing a corresponding relationship between a training target and each of a plurality of fitness exercise items, wherein the training target includes a specific muscle, a muscle group and a whole body muscle; a sensing module sensing a physiological state of a body builder; and a determining module, according to the corresponding relationship, in response to the physiological state, selecting one of the plurality of fitness exercise items and a combination of fitness exercise items to complete the training target.

Method and system of planning fitness courses

A method for planning parameters of a fitness course is disclosed. The method includes the following steps: generating a plurality of limb motion signals by sensing a plurality of limb motions of a body builder through a sensing module, and sensing a physiological state of the body builder to generate a physiological state signal via the sensing module; obtaining a workout characteristic index (WCI) by performing a first calculation related to the plurality of limb motion signals, and obtaining a physiological effect index (PEI) by performing a second calculation associated with the physiological state signal; obtaining a workout effect index (WEI) by performing a third calculation associated with the WCI and the PEI; and evaluating a plurality of categorical factors associated with the WEI to plan the parameters of the fitness course.

Method and system of planning fitness course parameters

An operating method in a virtual environment through a wearable device is disclosed, wherein the wearable device has a motion sensor, the virtual environment has an operated object and a virtual device corresponding to the wearable device, the corresponding virtual device has a first operational data constraint, and the operated object has a second operational data constraint. The operating method comprises the following steps of: using the motion sensor to generate a motion sensed data; causing the corresponding virtual device to generate a derived data according to the motion sensed data, wherein the derived data indicates an interaction relationship between the virtual device and the operated object; and when the virtual device separated from the operated object under the interaction relationship, moving the operated object in accordance with the derived data.

Operating method for wearable device interacting with operated device in virtual reality and operating device thereof

A motion recognition device includes a sensing unit and a processing unit. The sensing unit generates a sense signal in response to a body motion occurring at a specific position on a user's body, wherein the sense signal includes a first sense signal portion and a second sense signal portion different from the first sense signal portion, and the body motion belongs to a motion segment of a motion type. The processing unit processes the sense signal to generate a motion parameter signal structure including a fusion signal of the first and the second sense signal portions, and recognizes the specific position to determine an effective reference signal for recognition of the motion type based on the motion parameter signal structure.
