The system can achieve ultra-high speed conveying, improve production takt, further ensure a production capacity, and reduce the cost.

Conveying system

Disclosed is a conveying and positioning system and method, which is applied in the technical field of conveyance in the automotive industry and comprises a roller machine, a conveying trolley and an intelligent variable-frequency controller, wherein the conveying trolley is provided with a reflector; the roller machine is provided with a driving mechanism and a distance sensor; and, the driving mechanism comprises a driving motor controlled by the intelligent variable-frequency controller and a rotary encoder capable of feeding back rotation speed information of the driving motor to the intelligent variable-frequency controller. In the present invention, with the intelligent variable-frequency controller, by reading position information fed back by the distance sensor and rotation speed information fed back by the rotary encoder, accurate voltage frequency control information is output by internal operation so as to control the rotation speed of the driving motor, so that a double closed loop control mode of the conveying and positioning system is realized. In the present invention, fast conveyance, accurate positioning and stable operation of the conveying trolley can be realized by the technical solutions in the double closed loop control mode, and the cost is low.

Conveying and positioning system and method

Disclosed is a friction conveying system, comprising a friction driving unit, a clamping unit and a friction driving component, wherein the friction driving unit comprises a rotation driving component, a first connecting rod, a second connecting rod, at least one first rollers arranged on the first connecting rod, and at least one second rollers arranged on the second connecting rod, the clamping unit comprises a clamping driving component by which the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod are moved towards each other to cause the first rollers and the second rollers to clamp the friction driving component, the first rollers and/or the second rollers are drivable by the rotation driving component to rotate, causing the friction driving component clamped between the first rollers and the second rollers to move by means of frictional force. According to the invention, the rollers are used to drive the friction driving component to move at a high speed by means of frictional force, providing high-speed conveyance at lower cost. The present invention has the advantages of lower cost, reliable performance, and convenient mounting, satisfying the conveying requirements of industrial automatic production line.

Friction conveying system

The embodiments disclose a ground sliding type flexible framing system, comprising a vehicle body transport system, welding systems, framing fixtures, a splicing system, a fixture storage system and a fixture switching system. The fixture storage system comprises a plurality of bidirectional sliding rails arranged in parallel, storage positions for storing framing fixtures are formed on the bidirectional sliding rails, and the fixture switching system comprises a left and a right sliding table transport rail which are led to two sides of the splicing system from two ends of the bidirectional sliding rails, fixture transport rails led to the left and the right sliding table transport rail from two sides of the splicing system, respectively, sliding tables capable of running on the left and the right sliding table transport rail and a transport mechanism capable of pulling the framing fixtures positioned on the bidirectional sliding rails and the fixture transport rails.

Ground sliding type flexible framing system

A multi-vehicle type co-production line flexible framing is disclosed, comprising a robot welding system, a high speed transport system, a floor panel intelligent flexible positioning system, and a side panel flexible positioning and switching system. The floor panel intelligent flexible positioning system is correspondingly connected to a transfer rail of the high speed transport system. The side panel flexible positioning and switching system comprises a side panel fixture consolidation system, a fixture storage system, and a fixture switching and rail system. The side panel fixture consolidation system corresponds to the side of the floor panel intelligent flexible positioning system. The fixture storage system is arranged on two sides of the side panel fixture consolidation system in the transfer direction of the high speed transport system. The fixture switching and rail system is connected between the side panel fixture consolidation system and the fixture storage system. The improved structure is relatively compact and practical, has a short switching time, a high production efficiency, and a small floor area, and may use a large number of welding robots, fully satisfying the capacity requirement of 60JPH of the automobile factory.
