A rotor for an interior permanent magnet motor, an interior permanent magnet motor, and a compressor includes a rotor core, a plurality of U-shaped permanent magnet accommodating grooves, a plurality of first air grooves, and a plurality of first recesses, wherein the plurality of U-shaped permanent magnet accommodating grooves are arranged inside the rotor core at intervals; the plurality of first air grooves are provided outside the ends of the U-shaped permanent magnet accommodating grooves; and each first air groove is located on an extension line of the end of the corresponding U-shaped permanent magnet accommodating groove and is close to the outer contour of the rotor so as to form a plurality of first magnetic isolation bridges. Each first recess is recessed from the outer contour of the rotor towards the center of the rotor, starts from the end of the corresponding first magnetic isolation bridge at the outermost side of the rotor, and at most, extends to the first intersection point of the connecting line between the bottom center of the U-shaped permanent magnet accommodating groove and the center of the rotor, and the outer contour of the rotor, such that the air gap magnetic density generated between the outer contour of the rotor and the inner contour of a stator of the interior permanent magnet motor approaches a sine curve.

Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a flow control valve, an oil pump assembly having the flow control valve, and a scroll compressor. The flow control valve includes: a valve body having an inlet configured for a fluid to flow into the valve body and an outlet configured for the fluid to flow out of the valve body; a passage provided between the inlet and the outlet and extending in a predetermined direction, an area of a cross section of the passage perpendicular to the predetermined direction being negatively correlated with a distance from the cross section to the inlet; a valve element slidably provided in the passage, a flow area between the valve element and an inner wall of the passage is negatively correlated with the distance from the valve element to the inlet; and an elastic member provided in the valve body to apply an elastic force on the valve element so as to move the valve element in a direction toward the inlet. Thereby, for example, lubrication of the scroll compressor is improved.

A controller for a half-bridge power circuit includes a measurement circuit, a controller circuit, a high-side delay circuit, and a low-side delay circuit. The measurement circuit connects to the half-bridge node, measures the half-bridge voltage, and generates a multi-bit status signal indicative of the measured half-bridge voltage. The controller circuit connects to the measurement circuit, and receives the status signal therefrom. The controller circuit generates at least a delay control signal based on the status signal. The high-side delay circuit connects to the controller circuit to receive the delay control signal. The high-side delay circuit provides a high-side control signal in response to the delay control signal, to switch on/off the high-side switch. The low-side delay circuit connects to the controller circuit to receive the delay control signal. The low-side delay circuit provides a low-side control signal in response to the delay control signal, to switch on/off the low-side switch.

Octaaminonaphthalene and a method of synthesizing octaaminonaphthalene are described. A two-dimensional coordination polymer and a method of synthesizing the two-dimensional coordination polymer are described. The two-dimensional coordination polymer includes ligands including anchorage sites, and metal linkers, each metal linker including a metal and an organic moiety. Each metal linker is coupled to two ligands via the anchorage sites. Synthesizing the two-dimensional coordination polymer includes contacting a first liquid precursor with a second liquid precursor at an interface, reacting the metal linker and the water-soluble ligand to yield a two-dimensional coordination polymer at the interface, and removing the two-dimensional coordination polymer from the interface.

A chopper stabilized amplifier includes a first transconductance amplifier, first chopping circuitry coupled to an input of the first transconductance amplifier for chopping an input signal and applying the chopped input signal to the input of the first transconductance amplifier, and second chopping circuitry coupled to an output of the first transconductance amplifier for chopping an output signal produced by the first transconductance amplifier. A ping-pong notch filter is connected to an output of the second chopping circuitry and performs an integrate and transfer function on a chopped output signal produced by the second chopping circuitry to filter ripple voltages. The ping-pong notch filter includes parallel connected first and second notch filters, each of which has an input coupled to the output of the second chopping circuitry.

A method for detecting zero-current of a voltage converter includes resetting a comparator output during a first period when a power switch of the voltage converter is turned on, and receiving, by an offset cancellation circuit, sample signals from the comparator. The method also determines a comparator offset using the sample signals. In response to an output voltage of the voltage converter being less than a threshold voltage, the comparator output is reset during a second period when the power switch is turned off. The comparator compares a first signal from the voltage converter with a second signal representing a ground voltage to generate a ZCD signal indicative of a comparison of the first and second signals. Then, an offset cancellation signal indicative of the determined comparator offset is generated to cancel the comparator offset.

A voltage regulation system has a voltage regulator, a current-limiting circuit, and a feed-forward circuit. The voltage regulator regulates an output voltage to a desired voltage level. The current-limiting circuit controls an output current of the voltage regulator to a desired current level. The feed-forward circuit, which has a fast response time, controls an inrush current in the output current caused by a decrease in an output voltage.

Embodiments describe a motor. The motor includes a stator, and a rotor, which is arranged within the stator. An end part of at least one air-gap slot of the rotor has an offset with a predetermined distance and/or a predetermined angle relative to a main body part adjacent immediately to the end part. With the offset of a predetermined distance and/or a predetermined angle configured at the end part of at least one air-gap slot of the rotor, ripple torque of the motor is effectively lower down while complexity of the motor, stator or rotor will not be increased.

A stator, a motor and a compressor are provided. The stator includes a stator iron core and a winding. The stator iron core includes: an annular yoke; multiple stator teeth, near ends of the stator teeth being fixedly adjacent to an inner surface of the yoke and projecting inward towards the center of the stator iron core along a radial direction of the yoke, remote ends of the stator teeth that face inward along the radial direction defining a center hole for accommodating a rotor, and the stator teeth being spaced from each other in a circumferential direction; and multiple stator slots, each stator slot being defined between two neighboring stator teeth. The winding is wound around the stator teeth and operable for generating a rotating magnetic field. The yoke has at least two cut edges at an outer periphery thereof, disposed asymmetrically relative to the center.

Battery charger circuitry includes a linear regulator and a current control loop. The linear regulator provides a constant current to a battery while the battery charger circuitry is in a current control mode. While the battery charger circuitry is in a constant voltage mode, the current control loop to: determine whether a charging current provided to the battery is less than an end of charging reference current; in response to the charging current being less than the end of charging reference current, to place the battery charger circuitry into an end of charging state; in response to the battery charger circuitry be placed the end of charging state, and to start a timer; and in response to the timer expiring, to enter the battery charger circuitry into a done state to end charging of the battery.

Method and circuitry for battery charging using feedback voltages

A regulation circuit for powering a device while charging a battery is provided. The regulation circuit includes at least one analog feedback loop, and a digitally controlled feedback loop. The digitally controlled feedback loop includes first and second comparators. The first and second comparators compare an input power supply voltage to first and second threshold voltages, respectively. The second threshold voltage is lower than the first threshold voltage. In response to the comparisons, the digitally controlled feedback loop controls a charging current for charging a battery while also regulating a current to power circuits of the device. If the input power supply voltage drops, the digitally controlled feedback loop responds faster than the analog feedback loop, reducing the risk that to supply voltage will drop too much to reliably power to the device circuits. A method for digitally regulating an output current to charge a battery is also provided.

An apparatus to remove an input offset voltage of a comparator circuit includes an input voltage offset capacitor, control logic to charge and discharge the capacitor to provide an offset cancelation voltage. The offset cancellation voltage removes the input offset voltage of the comparator dependent upon an output of the comparator circuit. A switching arrangement controlled by the control logic switches signals between the capacitor and the control logic.

An apparatus for controlling a charge pump includes a current sensor arranged to output a current sense signal that is linearly proportional to an output current of the charge pump, and an oscillator that provides a clock signal for the charge pump. The oscillator receives the current sense signal and uses it to vary an oscillation frequency of the clock signal. An amplitude of the clock signal also may be varied in response to the current sense signal.

A method for manufacturing a three-dimensional integrated circuit. The method includes: 1) adding a non-metallic light-induced catalyst including an alcohol and/or an aldehyde to a thermoplastic carrier material, and molding the resulting mixture by an injection molding machine to form a structural component; 2) irradiating a surface of the structural component with a laser ray to form a line pattern thereon; 3) immersing the structural component in a metal ion solution at room temperature for between 5 and 7 minutes; 4) washing the structural component with distilled water, and immersing the structural component in an aqueous solution including a reducing agent for between 5 and 7 minutes to allow the surface of the structural component to form a metal core; and 5) performing electroless copper plating and medium-phosphorus electroless nickel plating on an area comprising the metal core to yield a conductor track.
