An annular device includes an annular main body defining a through hole, a battery mounting portion arranged in the through hole, and a battery cover. The battery mounting portion protrudes from an inner surface of the main body in the through hole, includes a first arcuate element with an outwardly curved surface and a second arcuate element with an outwardly curved surface opposite to each other and cooperatively defining a receiving space. The battery cover is operable to clasp the battery mounting portion, includes a first arcuate member and a second arcuate member opposite to each other. At least one first protrusion is formed on an inner surface of the first arcuate member, at least one cutout is defined in an outer surface of the first arcuate element, and the first protrusion can be fit into the cutout. The second arcuate member clasps the second arcuate element.

Annular device with battery cover

An annular device includes an annular main body, a battery mounting portion, and a battery cover. The battery mounting portion protrudes from an inner surface of the main body, and includes a first arcuate element and a second arcuate element opposite to each other. The battery cover is operable to clasp the battery mounting portion, and includes a first arcuate member and a second arcuate member opposite to each other. The first arcuate member clasps the first arcuate surface, and the second arcuate member clasps the second arcuate surface.

A table lamp and rotary joint thereof is disclosed. The table lamp including a base body, a lighting member and a frictional rotary joint connecting the lighting member to the base body is disclosed. The rotary joint includes a housing defining a cavity and a rotary portion defining a rotator. The rotator deforms elastically by means of defining a center hole and a slot extending parallel to the axis of the center hole through the rotator. Compressing the rotator into the cavity, the outer surface of the rotator mates tightly to the inner surface of the cavity. Then the rotator rotates frictionally in the cavity and the lighting member can maintain at a desired angle with respect to the housing.

Table lamp and rotary joint thereof

A lamp device includes a lamp seat defining a first through hole, a lamp main body defining a second through hole, and a holding mechanism. The holding mechanism includes a bolt, a first nut, and a second nut. The bolt includes a head and a spindle connecting to the head. The spindle defines first screw threads at the opposite end from the head and second screw threads adjacent to the first screw threads. The threads per inch of the first screw threads are smaller than that of the second screw threads. The spindle passes though the first through hole and the second through hole to connect with the lamp main body and the lamp seat. The first nut and the second nut are respectively fit over the first screw threads and the second screw threads.

Adjustable lamp device and holding mechanism thereof

An electronic device comprises a housing, a battery retainer arranged in the housing, a battery, a movable member and at least one resilient member. The battery retainer defines a battery cavity and a spring tab. The battery retained in the battery cavity defines a recessed portion and a protrusion protruding from the bottom of the recessed portion. The recessed portion defines a plurality of sloped surfaces and vertical walls surrounding the protrusion. The protrusion defines a side wall. The movable member comprises a first end rotatably connected to the battery retainer and a second end connecting the sloped surfaces. After the battery is pushed into the battery cavity, one of the sloped surfaces engages the second end of the movable member to move until the second end disengages from the side wall of the protrusion.

Electronic device with battery ejection mechanism

An exemplary joint mechanism () includes a pivot shaft (), a joint (), a rotary arm (), and two bearings (). The pivot shaft () is non-rotatable relative to the joint (). The joint () is received in the rotary arm (). The rotary arm () is rotatable relative to the joint (). The two bearings () are fixed to an inner surface of the rotary arm (). Each bearing () includes a concave inner surface, and the concave inner surface is engaged with a curved outer surface of the joint ().

Joint mechanism

An exemplary lid lock mechanism () includes a main body () and a lid (). Two resilient hooks () and two resisting portions () are formed on an inner surface of the main body. The lid includes a lid cap (). Two hooking portions () and two extending pieces () are formed on a surface () of the lid cap. The hooking portions are engaged with the resilient hooks of the main body when the lid is connected to the main body. To detach the lid from the main body, the hooks of the hooking portions are disengaged from the resilient hooks of the main body.

Lid lock mechanism

An exemplary rotatable positioning structure includes a first element and a second element. The first element includes a positioning track portion and defining a hole therein. The second element includes a pivot shaft engaging in the hole. The pivot shaft includes a through hole defined therethrough, a restriction portion and a positioning portion. The first element is restricted by the restriction portion of the pivot shaft. The positioning portion and the positioning track portion are capable of making the first element and the second element maintain a fixed position after relatively rotation therebetween.

Rotatable positioning structure

A device stand includes a suction base and a load-supporting module mounted on the suction base. The suction base includes a suction piece, a fixing structure, a face cam, pins, and a fixing cap. The fixing structure, configured for fitting over the suction piece, includes a shaft housing and a sleeve extending upwardly from the shaft housing. The sleeve defines axial running slots. The face cam fit over the sleeve of the fixing structure. One end of each of the pins engages with the face of the face cam, the other end of each of the pins passes through the axial running slots of the sleeve and connects with the shaft of the suction piece. The fixing cap is mounted on an upper end of the sleeve. The stand can be fixed to/taken off from a flat surface easily.

An exemplary latching mechanism () includes a base () having two resilient claps (), a detachable portion () having two resilient clasps () for engaging with the hooking portions of the base, and an unlatching element (). The unlatching element defines two engaging slots () and is disposed between the base and the detachable portion. The resilient clasps of the detachable portion engage with the hooking portions of the base when the detachable portion is pressed to be latched to the base. The resilient clasps engage in the engaging slots of the unlatching element when the detachable portion is pressed to be detached from the base. Then the detachable portion and the unlatching element together move away from the base. The engagement of the detachable portion and unlatching element makes the at least one resilient clasp deforms and thus disengages from the at least one hooking portion of the base.

Latching mechanism

An exemplary latching mechanism () includes a base (), a detachable portion (), a rotatable wheel (), and a resilient member (). The base has two resilient hooks (). The detachable portion has two clasping portion () for engaging with the resilient hooks. The rotatable wheel has a plurality of hook openers () and is rotatable between two states forced by the detachable portion. The resilient member is disposed between the base and detachable portion for providing elastic force. The at least one clasping portion of the detachable portion engages with the at least one resilient hook of the base and the rotatable wheel is at a second state. The rotatable wheel is rotated to a first state and the at least one resilient hook are pushed to deform by at least one of the hook openers of the rotatable wheel.

A resizable device stand includes a suction base, an adjusting module mounted on the suction base, and a load-supporting module mounted on the adjusting module. The load-supporting module includes a housing, a pair of clamps, elastic pieces, and a wedge. The housing defines a first channel and a second channel therein. The clamps include vertical parts and horizontal parts. The horizontal parts are received in the first channel. The vertical parts extend upwardly from the housing. The elastic pieces are configured for driving the clamps to clamp the device. The wedge is received in the second channel, configured to press and open the clamps via the interaction of the inclined surfaces when receiving a user operation. An exemplary rotatable joint () used for a mechanical device includes a socket (), a rotatable arm (), a supporting shaft (), a fastening member (), an adjusting member (), and a resilient module (). A pivot hole () is defined in the rotatable arm. The supporting shaft includes a first shaft portion () and a second shaft portion (). A threaded hole () is defined in the first shaft portion and the first shaft portion extends through the pivot hole. The second shaft portion is fixed to the socket. The fastening member includes a threaded portion () for engaging in the threaded hole of the supporting shaft. The adjusting member is disposed at the threaded portion of the fastening member. A pivot hole () is defined in each of the first half and the second half for engaging with an outer surface () of one of the elastic sleeves. An outer surface () of each of the pivot shafts engages with an inner surface () of one of the elastic sleeves.
