The disclosure provides an Internet of things device and a battery power supply circuit thereof. A voltage of a battery is compared with a predetermined over-discharge voltage to generate a comparison signal. A battery protection circuit serves as a power supply path from the battery to a load and determines whether to cut off the power supply path according to the comparison signal. The battery protection circuit cuts off the power supply path when the voltage of the battery decreases from a value greater than the predetermined over-discharge voltage to a value less than the predetermined over-discharge voltage, but does not turn on the power supply path when the voltage of the battery increases from a value less than the predetermined over-discharge voltage to a value greater than the predetermined over-discharge voltage.

A green bridge circuit for adjusting a DC power source and an AC power source is provided. The green bridge circuit includes a bridge circuit and a bias adjustment circuit. The bridge circuit includes four transistors connected to a first power terminal, a system load, and a second power terminal. The bias adjustment circuit has an input terminal coupled to an output terminal of the bridge circuit and an output terminal coupled to control terminals of the transistors. The bias adjustment circuit changes bias voltages of the control terminals of the transistors according to a rectified voltage outputted by the bridge circuit. In this way, loss is reduced, heat generation is prevented, and transmission loss is addressed.

A doorbell device has a first power input terminal and a second power input terminal. The doorbell device is coupled to a chime device. The doorbell device includes a current sensing circuit, a switch circuit, and a processing circuit. The current sensing circuit is coupled to the first power input terminal, and generates a sensing voltage according to a current flowing through the current sensing circuit. The switch circuit is coupled between the current sensing circuit and the second power input terminal. The switch circuit changes the conducting state in response to a control signal. The processing circuit is configured to provide the control signal and determine the type of the chime device according to the sensing voltage.

A power sourcing equipment is provided. The power sourcing equipment is connected to an Ethernet cable. The power sourcing equipment includes a switching circuit, a power circuit, and a detection circuit. The power circuit is coupled to a power supply output terminal via the switching circuit. Disclosed herein is a microstrip line filter including a dielectric substrate, a first hairpin resonator, and a metal ground layer. The first hairpin resonator is disposed on a first layer of the dielectric substrate. The metal ground layer is disposed on a second layer of the dielectric substrate. The metal ground layer includes a first defected ground structure. The first defected ground structure includes a first defected area, a second defected area, and a third defected area. The projection of the first defected area on the first layer is located inside the hairpin structure of the first hairpin resonator. The projection of the second defected area on the first layer is located in a direction opposite to an opening direction of the first hairpin resonator. The third defected area connects the first defected area and the second defected area.

A heating device is provided. A temperature sensing unit is configured to sense an ambient temperature and accordingly output a temperature sensing voltage. A driving unit is coupled to a heating transistor unit and the temperature sensing unit, and configured to drive the heating transistor unit for performing heating based on the temperature sensing voltage. An activating unit is coupled to the temperature sensing unit, configured to output an activating signal based on the temperature sensing voltage when a temperature of the printed circuit board has risen up to a preset temperature. The heating device as provided can assure that the activating signal can be normally outputted by the heating device under an ambient at an extremely low temperature.

A wireless communication device for transceiving heterogeneous radio-frequency (RF) signals is provided. The wireless communication device includes a first antenna, a second antenna, a first transceiver, a second transceiver and a controller. The first transceiver controls the first antenna through a first transceiving path to transceive a first RF signal according to a first wireless communication standard. The second transceiver controls the second antenna through a second transceiving path to transceive a second RF signal according to a second wireless communication standard. In a joining process when the wireless communication device establishes connection to an end device according to the second wireless communication standard, the controller reduces transmission power for transmitting the first RF signal, or reduces sensitivity for receiving the second RF signal.

An IP camera is provided. The IP camera includes a camera lens, an imaging unit, an IR cut filter, a motor, and a control circuit. The motor controls the position of the IR cut filter. The control circuit outputs a first pulse signal to drive the motor to move the IR cut filter such that light that passes through the camera lens reaches the imaging unit without passing through the IR cut filter. The control circuit controls the motor and prevents the motor from heat-related damage.

The detection circuit is electrically connected to the fourth electrical contact point, for determining whether the fourth electrical contact point is electrically connected to the third electrical contact point.
