A non-polar reaction resin mixture can be used to improve the adhesion of a mortar composition based on radically polymerizable compounds, in particular based on urethane (meth)acrylates, on the surface of semi-cleaned and/or damp boreholes in mineral substrates. The use of a non-polar reaction resin mixture in the corresponding mortar composition reduced the sensitivity thereof to dampness and inadequate cleaning conditions, so that mortar compositions are obtained overall which are characterized by improved robustness against external influences.

A two-component mortar mass includes a resin component (A), which contains as curable constituent at least one radically curable resin, and a curing component (B) which contains a curing agent for the radically curable resin of the resin component (A), wherein the resin component (A) and/or the curing component (B) contain(s) as further constituent at least one inorganic additive. The inorganic additive contains a transition aluminum oxide having an average particle size d50 of at least 7.0 &#x3bc;m and a pore diameter of 4.0 nm to 30.0 nm.

Two-component mortar compound and use thereof

A two-component mortar mass comprises a resin component (A), which contains at least one radically curable resin as a curable constituent, and a curing component (B), which contains a curing agent for the radically curable resin of the resin component (A). The radically curable resin can be obtained by reaction of an at least difunctional isocyanate with a hydroxy-functional silane and a hydroxy-functional, ethylenically unsaturated compound. The hydroxy-functional silane is the reaction product of a cyclic compound from the group of cyclic carbonates, lactones, and carbamates with a silane compound selected from the group of amino-functional, hydroxy-functional or mercapto-functional silanes.

Additive composition for amine hardeners, use of said additive composition, and amine hardener composition containing said additive composition

A reaction resin composition that can be used for the chemical fastening of anchoring means in boreholes and for construction gluing is described. The composition includes (A) a resin component, which contains at least one radically hardenable compound and at least one epoxy resin, which contains, on average, more than one epoxy group per molecule, and a (B) hardener component, which contains a hardening agent for at least one radical compound and at least one amine. The radically hardenable compound and hardening agent in each case being reaction-inhibiting spatially separated from one another. In an embodiment the composition contains no Cu&#x2014;, Mn&#x2014;, and iron compound, and no bridging compound. The ratio of double bond value to epoxy value nDB:nEP in the resin component is between 0.01 and 0.55 or between 5 and 50.

Reaction resin composition and use thereof

A chemical two-component mortar compound including a resin component (A) that contains at least one radically curable, ethylenically unsaturated compound (a) as the curable component, and including a separately arranged so as to inhibit reaction curing component (B) that contains a curing agent for the resin of the resin component (A), with improved adhesion to the surface of partially cleaned and/or moist holes in mineral substrates, characterized by a content of 0.2% to 10% by weight of at least one (meth)acryloxy alkyl trialkoxy siloxane and/or poly(meth)acryloxy alkyl silsesquioxane as an additional component (b) of the resin component (A); it also describes magazines, cartridges or plastic bags containing this chemical two-component mortar compound in two or more chambers that are separate from each other, in which the resin component (A) or the curing component (B) are arranged separately so as to inhibit a reaction; and it also describes its use to chemically fasten structural elements in mineral substrates.
