A product stock notification system may include a virtual shopping server to obtain images of available products on a display within a store from cameras within the store, identify the available products on the display based upon the images, and determine a quantity of the available products on the display from the images. The server may obtain a current stock quantity for each available product within the store, provide an image to a user device, and permit user selection of available products for purchase associated with the image. The server may, when, for the user-selected available product, the quantity of available products or the current stock quantity are below a threshold, obtain an image of the display adjacent the available product including a replacement product, provide the image to the user device, and cooperate with the user device to prompt the given user to select the replacement product for purchase.

A shopper identification system may include shopper devices, and a shopper identification server. The shopper identification server may be configured to obtain product purchase history data corresponding to shoppers, obtain shopper identification data corresponding to the plurality of shoppers, and determine shopper demographics associated with purchased products of a brand based upon the product purchase history data and the shopper identification data. The shopper identification server may also be configured to apply a large language model (LLM) to identify prospective shoppers from among the shoppers that are likely to purchase products of the brand based upon the shopper demographics and generate and communicate a digital promotion to corresponding ones of the shopper devices associated with the prospective shoppers.

A self-checkout verification system may include a user device configured to collect user mobile checkout image data from products to be purchased in a store during a mobile checkout process, generate a mobile checkout list of the products to be purchased based upon the collected mobile checkout image data, and process payment based upon the mobile checkout list. The system may also include a self-checkout verification station in the store and configured to obtain the mobile checkout list from the user device, collect verification image data from a plurality of products presented for verification, and generate a verification list based upon the verification image data. The self-checkout verification station may also be configured to determine a discrepancy between the verification list and the mobile checkout list, and generate and communicate a notification based upon the discrepancy.

A medication validation system may include a camera to capture an image of a medication container that may have physical container characteristics associated therewith and a computer-readable indicia affixed thereon. A validation server may obtain stored medication physical container characteristics and associated stored computer-readable indicia, and obtain image data associated with the image from the camera. The image data may be representative of the physical container characteristics of the medication container. The validation server may determine the physical container characteristics of the medication container from the obtained image data, and determine the computer-readable indicia from the obtained image data. The validation server may also determine whether the medication container is mislabeled based upon an attempted matching of both of the stored and obtained medication container characteristics and the stored and obtained computer-readable indicia indicative that the medication container is mislabeled, and communicate a notification that the medication container is mislabeled.

A product purchase guidance system may include a user device to permit selection of an influencer. A purchase guidance server may include a memory to store personalized influencer media content of a respective suggested product purchase list associated with each of the influencers and retailer store layouts, and a processor coupled to the memory to determine an identity of the selected influencer from the user device and determine a geographic location of the user device. The processor may also determine a corresponding retailer store layout based upon the geographic location and determine an in-store position of the user device. The processor may also communicate the personalized influencer media content corresponding to the selected influencer and for a given suggested product based upon the determined retailer store layout and in-store position so that the user device outputs the personalized media content for the given suggested product.
