A method for persisting a robotic process automation (RPA) session receives, through an RPA authentication engine, a software application site being interacted with by an end user. The RPA authentication engine deploys a bot running the RPA session on the software application site. The RPA authentication engine identifies login credentials of the end user associated with the software application site. The RPA authentication engine receives confirmation of an initial login to the software application site by the end user. The RPA authentication engine iteratively interfaces with the software application site using the login credentials to persist the RPA session.

Robotic process automation log-in method for authentication

A computer-implemented method, according to one embodiment, includes identifying a plurality of user devices determined to run a predetermined software version and a predetermined application. A first of the identified user devices is assigned to be a primary user device, and a second of the identified user devices is assigned to be a first backup user device. In response to a determination that the first identified user device launches the predetermined application, the second identified user device is caused to launch the predetermined application. In response to a determination that the first identified user device experiences a predetermined interruption event while using the predetermined application, the second identified user device is assigned to be the primary user device and the first identified user device is assigned to be the first backup user device.

Selective failover between a plurality of devices concurrently running an application

In an approach for providing a user with a set of information on a feature of a comparable product and enabling the user to assess the feature by overlaying the user's product with a digital twin of the comparable product, a processor identifies a first product in a surrounding of the user by comparing an image of the first product to one or more images stored in a product corpus. A processor searches, based on the first product, the product corpus for one or more products within a family of the first product. A processor selects a second product from the product corpus based in part on a set of product comparison preferences. A processor overlays the first product with a digital twin of the second product. A processor simulates a feature associated with the second product that is different from a feature associated with the first product.

Described is a method to provide feedback and status updates during virtual collaborative sessions by monitoring, via a primary device associated with a user, a user status for the user participating in a collaborative session with one or more other users. In response to determining a user status change for the user is detected, the method can determine a response for the user to provide to the one or more other users based on a user profile and a context for the user status change, wherein the status change indicates an unavailability of the user. In response to determining the response is required for the user to provide the one or more other users, the method can send the response to a user device associated with each of the one or more other users.

Digital assistant feedback and status updates

Shared content privilege modification is provided. An electronic message is identified containing an address for accessing shared content, where the message is for communication to a set of recipients. Existing privileges are determined for the shared content for each recipient in the set of recipients. A requested action regarding the shared content is determined by analyzing the communication using natural language processing. Privileges for the shared content are modified for at least one recipient based on the existing privileges for the at least one recipient being insufficient to perform the requested action.

A method, computer system, and a computer program product are provided for restoring an interrupted communication session. In one embodiment, the methodology comprises obtaining communication interface and network information from a user required to communicate from a user device with another device. The user communication is then captured between a current session using the user device and another device. The context of the captured communication is then determined, and a token is associated with it. The information relating to the current session and its context as well as the associated token are stored. This stored information is used to re-establish a new session when the current session is terminated or interrupted prior to resolution. The new session uses the stored information to reestablish communication at the exact process stage where interruption occurred.

A computer program product, device, system, and method are provided for decommissioning a tape cartridge internally within a tape library. In one embodiment, a decommission canister is configured to be accepted within a tape library canister bay. The decommission canister has a fusing element configured to fuse together at least a portion of layers of magnetic tape of a tape cartridge within the tape library, to decommission the tape cartridge within the tape library. In one embodiment, the fusing element is a heating element adapted to emit heat directed at layers of magnetic tape of a tape cartridge to melt together at least a portion of layers of magnetic tape of a tape cartridge within the tape library. As a result, unwinding and reading of the magnetic tape is inhibited.

Magnetic media decommission management in a computer system

Aspects of the present disclosure relate to virtual keyboard input management. An input can be received from a user on a virtual keyboard with multiple keyboard modes, the virtual keyboard having one or more controls for toggling between the multiple keyboard modes. A determination can be made whether a control for toggling between the multiple keyboard modes was unintentionally activated or unintentionally not activated by the user resulting in an unintentional input. An intended input can be determined in response to determining that the control for toggling between the multiple keyboard modes was unintentionally activated or unintentionally not activated by the user resulting in the unintentional input. The determined intended input can then be input instead of the unintentional input.

Virtual keyboard interface input management

Systems, methods and/or computer program products issuing and transferring presentation rights between users during digital events using NFTs and incentivizing audiences to remain active attendees of digital event as new presenters take over the presentation. Value exchanged for obtaining NFTs representing presentation rights can correlate to a speaker score which is calculated using audience metrics collected by the platform. Presenters with higher presenter scores and larger or more active audiences can result in higher valuations, increasing the value of the NFT being purchased. Exchanges of value and NFTs are executed using non-custodial wallets and/or smart contracts. The value exchanged for the NFT can be split between original presenters' wallets and wallets of the audience members in pre-determined ratios. Funds provided to audience members' wallets during digital events can be locked or restricted for pre-set minimum amounts of time, incentivizing audience members to remain attentive to the next presenter.

An example operation may include one or more of receiving a request to install a software system via a host platform, where the software system comprises a plurality of software programs of a plurality of providers, respectively, generating a non-fungible token (NFT) for a software program from among the plurality of software programs based on a private key, embedding the NFT with the software program within the software system and storing provider data of the software program mapped to the NFT via a blockchain ledger, and installing the software system via the host platform with the NFT embedded therein.

An indication of a first participant device of a web conference attempting to contact a second participant device of the web conference can be received, where the second participant device is designated as a screen sharer within the web conference during a time of the contact and where the contact is configured to be received on a display shared in the web conference. Two or more candidate devices for routing the contact from the first participant device to can be identified. A candidate device of the two or more candidate devices for routing the contact from the first participant device to can be selected using a set of selection criteria. Contact from the first participant device can be routed to the selected candidate device instead of the display of the second participant device shared in the web conference.

In an approach for predicting an optimal system upgrade, a processor detects an upgrade is available for a system of a first user computing device. A processor gathers a set of live data from an environment of the first user computing device using a process mining software. A processor compares the set of live data to a set of historical data stored in a knowledge corpus to identify a second user computing device similar to the first user computing device. Responsive to identifying the second user computing device, a processor performs a pattern recognition to generate one or more critical recommendations associated with the upgrade for the system of the first user computing device. A processor schedules the upgrade for the system of the first user computing device during a period of time, wherein the period of time is scheduled consistent with the one or more critical recommendations.

Intelligent workflow for end-of-support solution advisor

In an approach, a processor monitors messaging data between a plurality of users from a first collaboration application. A processor identifies an unanswered message within the first messaging data. A processor, subsequent to identifying the unanswered message, identifies that the plurality of users attends a collaborative session. A processor captures a second messaging data of the collaborative session. A processor determines that the second messaging data contains subject matter that meets a threshold of similarity to the unanswered message. A processor annotates the unanswered message.

A computer program product, device, system, and method are provided for decommissioning a tape cartridge internally within a tape library. In one embodiment automated tape cartridge decommissioning operations internal within a tape library, include receiving selection of a tape cartridge for decommissioning in a tape library and, using a tape library robotic accessor, moving a selected tape cartridge to a decommission workstation within the tape library. The selected tape cartridge is mounted to the decommission workstation and a fusing element of the decommission workstation is activated to fuse together layers of magnetic tape of the selected tape cartridge mounted to the decommission workstation, so that the selected tape cartridge is decommissioned within the tape library to have a decommissioned status.
