The touch display substrate includes a base substrate; at least one touch electrode, which includes a plurality of touch signal lines extending in preset directions, and the plurality of touch signal lines form a mesh structure; display signal lines on the base substrate and electrically connected to display pixels for providing display signals thereto; second signal lines electrically connected to a constant potential terminal, and between a layer of the touch signal lines and a layer of the display signal lines. Orthographic projections of the second signal lines on the base substrate at least partially overlap with those of at least some touch signal lines; and/or orthographic projections of the second signal lines on the base substrate at least partially overlap with those of at least some display signal lines.

A display panel and a display device are provided. The display panel includes a display substrate, a touch layer group, and a shielding layer. The display substrate includes a first electrode. The touch layer group is arranged on a light output side of the display substrate. The touch layer group includes a touch body part and a touch connection wire. The touch connection wire is connected to the touch body part. The shielding layer is arranged between the first electrode and the touch layer group. The shielding layer includes a shielding body part and a shielding connection wire. The shielding connection wire is connected to the shielding body part. The touch substrate includes: a touch insulating layer; a touch electrode, provided at a side of the touch insulating layer; and a first floating electrode, provided at a side of the touch insulating layer away from the touch electrode, where the first floating electrode and the touch electrode at least partially overlap in a thickness direction of the touch insulating layer. Each of the second touch electrodes is formed by connecting in series a plurality of sub-electrodes insulated from the first touch electrodes, and two adjacent sub-electrodes in the same second touch electrode are respectively positioned on two sides of one of the first touch electrodes.
