The present disclosure provides a diaphragm. The diaphragm includes a dome portion located at a central position and an edge portion disposed around the dome portion. The edge portion is provided with a plurality of first wrinkles at corners of the edge portion. The first wrinkles extend from an inner side of the edge portion toward an outer side of the edge portion. The edge portion is further provided with at least one second wrinkle passing through all the first wrinkles that are at the same corner as the at least one second wrinkle. The second wrinkle extends along a corner extension direction of the corner at which the second wrinkle is located. The diaphragm of the present disclosure can effectively improve a twist, a swing, and distortion when the diaphragm vibrates, and improve acoustic performance.

Diaphragm

The present disclosure provides a vibration diaphragm. The vibration diaphragm includes a central dome part; and a suspension part surrounding the dome part. The suspension part has a protruding part and a fixation part extending outwards from the protruding part. The vibration diaphragm further includes a number of first reinforcing parts disposed on the suspension part; and a number of second reinforcing parts disposed on the suspension part. Each second reinforcing part surrounds an end of the first reinforcing part.

Vibration diaphragm

A vibration membrane is disclosed. The vibration membrane includes a central dome part and a suspension part surrounding the dome part. The suspension part includes a pair of long-axis parts parallel to a long axis of the vibration membrane, a pair of short-axis parts parallel to a short axis of the vibration membrane, and a number of corner parts connecting the long-axis parts with the short-axis parts. The suspension part further includes first reinforcing parts located on the corner parts and second reinforcing parts located on the long-axis parts. Each of the second reinforcing part has a first master extension part and a first slave extension part crossing with the first master extension part. By virtue of the configuration, the strength of the vibration membrane is improved.

Vibration membrane

The present disclosure provides a vibration diaphragm. The vibration diaphragm includes a central dome part; a suspension part surrounding the dome part; a number of first reinforcing parts disposed on the suspension part; a number of second reinforcing parts disposed on the suspension part and being adjacent to the first reinforcing parts. The second reinforcing part includes a first master extension part and a first slave extension part, and the first master extension part and the first slave extension part cross with each other.

The present disclosure provides a membrane. The membrane includes a central dome part, and a suspension part surrounding the dome part. The suspension part includes a number of first reinforcing parts, a number of third reinforcing parts spacing from the first reinforcing parts, and an included angle formed between each third reinforcing part and an adjacent first reinforcing part. The third reinforcing part includes a second master extension part, a second slave extension part, and a connecting part connecting the second master extension part and the second slave extension part. The second master extension part and the second slave extension part locate at two ends of the connecting part respectively, and a width of at least one of the second master extension part and the second slave extension part is less than a width of the connecting part.

Membrane for sounding device

The present disclosure provides a vibration diaphragm. The vibration diaphragm includes a vibration part; a suspension extending from and surrounding the vibration part; and a pattern module part formed on the vibration part. The pattern module part includes a protrusion extending outwardly from the vibration part and having a groove recessed inwardly toward the vibration part; a partition dividing the groove into at least two rooms; and a second protrusion located in each of the rooms. By virtue of the configuration of the pattern module part, the solution described by the present embodiment increases the surface area of the vibration part, and widens the bandwidth of the vibration diaphragm, and further improves the acoustic performance of the diaphragm.

The present disclosure provides a vibration diaphragm. The vibration diaphragm includes a vibration dome; a suspension part surrounding the dome; and a reinforced part assembled with the dome. The reinforced part includes n pieces of longitudinal bar parts, a first transverse bar part and a second transverse bar part connecting ends of adjacent n pieces of the longitudinal bars respectively, and a third transverse bar part connecting n&#x2212;1 pieces of longitudinal bar parts and located between the first transverse bar part and the second transverse bar part, where, n is an integer more than or equal to 3. The configuration of the reinforced ribs increases the surface area of the dome, and increases the width of the vibration frequency band of the vibration diaphragm.

The present disclosure provides a vibration diaphragm. The vibration diaphragm includes a vibration part; a suspension extending from and surrounding the vibration part; and a pattern module part formed on the vibration part. The pattern module part includes a ring-shaped first protrusion, and at least two second protrusions bounded by the ring-shaped first protrusion. The second protrusions each has two ends connected to the ring-shaped first protrusion. By virtue of the configuration of the pattern module part, the solution described by the present embodiment increases the surface area of the vibration part, and widens the bandwidth of the vibration diaphragm, and further improves the acoustic performance of the diaphragm.
