The Anlinx&#x2122;:LVLP Hybrid Analogic Field Programmable Array of Milinx&#x2122;:Mixed Signal FPSC&#x2122; Field Programmable System Chip&#x2122; is constituted of Field Programmable Hybrid Array (FPHA and Frequency Programmable Xtaless Clock (FPXC) being for high-speed and high frequency System-Design-On-Chip(SDOC) embedded in a single chip of Field Programmable System Chip(FPSC&#x2122;). The FPXC adopts the Self-Adaptive Process & Temperature Compensation Bandgap Reference Generator, the Gain-Boost Amplitude Control LC VCO and inverter type flash memory. The FPHA adopts the two-way flash switch and inverter type flash memory Look-Up-Table(LUT). The FPXC adopts the inverter type flash memory as the Non-Volatile Memory(NVM) to keep the setup data in the field frequency programming. The flash technology of FPHA and FPXC are compatible that the FPHA has the FPXC capability. The PLLess CDR(PLL free Clock Data Recovery) is based on the FPXC capability for the SerDes high frequency application. The PLLess CDR and pipeline ADC are for the analog front high frequency application. With the SDOC on FPHA, the Automobile Infotainment Center(MIC) is reduced to be Mobile Infotainment Center(MIC). Applying the recycling of energy concept to the electrical and electronic device and circuit, we can save many nuclear power plants to save the earth and human society. Comparing with today power amplifier PA has only 10% efficiency, the high linearity and high efficiency power-managing amplifier PMA and differential power managing amplifier DPMA can have the power efficiency more than 95%. The recycling switch inductor drive power management unit PMUx gets rid of the switch loss and has power efficiency more than 99%. The Xtaless Clock generator based on on-chip gain-boost-Q LC tank and the Spurfree and Jitterless Frequency & Phase Lock Loop FPLL. The DPMA directly supply the power to the plasma light. The charge doped light mirror reduces the voltage swing, increases the power efficiency and operating speed of plasma light, projective TV, LaserCom. Green technology: green circuit and device designs of green chip

The EMI-free planar inductor is the core technology of the green technology. The EMI-free planar inductor adopts the structure of the closed magnetic field flux IC inductor (CMFFICI). All the magnetic field is confined in a small volume. The magnetic field is parallel to the surface of the chip. The EMI-free planar inductor makes the on-chip LC tank having very high Q and saves a lot of energy. Combining with the gain-boost-Q technology, it makes the high performance clock chip being comparable to the xtalchip. The xtalchip is the inductor being replaced with the crystal in the gain-boost Q resonator.
