A semiconductor substrate includes: a substrate; a first conductive line extending along a first direction; a semiconductor layer, wherein the first conductive line includes a first part overlapping with the semiconductor layer and a second part not overlapping with the semiconductor layer, the first part of the first conductive line has a first width along a second direction different from the first direction, the second part of conductive line has a second width along the second direction, and the first width is greater than the second width; and an electrode disposed on the semiconductor layer and including an arc edge outside the first conductive line, wherein the semiconductor layer includes a first part extending along the second direction and overlapping with the arc edge and a second part connecting the first part and overlapping with a side of the first part of the first conductive line.

A display device includes: a substrate; a first transistor and a second transistor disposed on the substrate; a first electrode and a second electrode, wherein the first electrode is electrically connected to the first transistor through a first via hole, and the second electrode is electrically connected to the second transistor through a second via hole; a first signal line disposed on the substrate and overlapped with the first electrode and the second electrode; and a second signal line disposed on the substrate and adjacent to the first signal line, wherein the first signal line and the second signal line extend along a first direction, wherein a distance between the first via hole and the second via hole along the first direction is greater than a distance between the first signal line and the second signal line along a second direction different the first direction.

A semiconductor substrate includes: a substrate; a first conductive line disposed on the substrate and extending along a first direction; a semiconductor layer disposed on the substrate; an electrode disposed on the semiconductor layer and including an arc edge outside the first conductive line; and a conductive layer disposed on the electrode, wherein a part of the semiconductor layer extends along a second direction different from the first direction and the arc edge overlaps the part of the semiconductor layer.

A first thin-film transistor is electrically connected to the first scan line. A first common electrode is disposed above the first base plate and disposed in the first region, wherein the first common electrode comprises a first part, the first part is adjacent to the first scan line and extends along the first direction, and the first part overlaps the first thin-film transistor.

A display device is disclosed, which includes: a substrate; a scan line having an extension direction, disposed on the substrate and including a gate electrode; a semiconductor layer disposed on the gate electrode; source and drain electrodes disposed on the semiconductor layer; an insulating layer including a via hole and disposed on the drain electrode; a first transparent conductive layer disposed on the insulating layer, wherein a part of the first transparent conductive layer electrically connects to the drain electrode through the via hole; and a second transparent conductive layer disposed between the substrate and the first transparent conductive layer and not overlapping the via hole. Herein, the second transparent conductive layer has a first edge, the drain has a second edge, a minimum distance between the first edge and the second edge along a direction substantially perpendicular to the extension direction ranges from 0 &#x3bc;m to 4 &#x3bc;m.

A display device is disclosed, which includes: a first substrate; a first data line disposed on the first substrate; a first electrode disposed on the first substrate; and a first pixel defining layer disposed on the first electrode, wherein the first pixel defining layer exposes a part of the first electrode to define a first light emitting region, wherein, in a normal direction view of the first substrate, the first light emitting region partially overlaps the first data line.

A display panel is disclosed. The display panel includes a first substrate, a light shielding layer and a color block. The first substrate has a first surface with a first edge and a second edge, and the second edge is connected to the first edge. The second edge substantially extends along a first direction. The light shielding layer is disposed on the first surface and includes a plurality of openings. The color block closest to the second edge is disposed on the light shielding layer and extending along the first direction. The color block does not overlap the plurality of openings. Wherein the color block has a third edge which is closest to the second edge, and the third edge is not aligned evenly.

A display device is disclosed, which includes: a first substrate; a plurality of scan lines and a plurality of data lines, wherein the scan lines intersects with the data lines, the scan and the data lines are disposed above the first substrate, and the scan lines extend along a first direction; a common electrode disposed above the first substrate; a second substrate; a display medium layer disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate, wherein the common electrode has a first part extending along the first direction, a second part corresponding to the data lines, and an end part, wherein the first part connects to the second part, the end part connects to the second part, a first angle included between the end part and the second part greater than 0 degree and less than 180 degrees. The end part overlaps partially with the data line adjacent thereto.
