Build materials for 3D printing applications are described herein which, in some embodiments, comprise monomeric species operable for producing articles with high Tand/or high heat deflection temperature while maintaining shelf stability. In one aspect, a polymerizable liquid comprises at least 20 weight percent isocyanurate polyacrylate; a photoinitiator component; and a crystallization inhibitor component comprising monomeric curable material, oligomeric curable material or mixtures thereof, wherein the polymerizable liquid does not exhibit crystallization over a period of 28 days at a storage temperature of 5-10° C.

Shelf-stable build materials for 3D printing

Build materials for 3D printing applications are described herein which, in some embodiments, comprise a dye component operable to alter spectral characteristics of the printed part over the course of the build cycle. In some embodiments, for example, the dye component can provide desirable light penetration depth during article printing and sufficient optical clarity during final light curing processes.

An inkjet ink including: a solvent; a solvent-soluble dye; 0.1 wt. % to 1 wt. % of the ink of a perfluoropolyether; and 0.1 wt. % to 2 wt. % of the ink of a polymeric surfactant, wherein the polymeric surfactant comprises an alkyl domain.

The ink composition includes an ink vehicle, a colorant, and a fluorosurfactant, wherein the fluorosurfactant is a polymer having the general formula: wherein p is any integer, q is any integer, Zand Zare each fluorine or any functional group, and R, R, Rare each fluorine, any alkyl group, or any functional group, and wherein R, R, R, Z, and Zare not all fluorine and the fluorosurfactant lowers the surface tension of the ink vehicle. A method for improving a property of an ink is also disclosed.
