This invention provides a polymer type conductive paste that can provide a highly reliable conductive layer even in high humidity environments. The polymer type conductive paste in accordance with the embodiment of the present invention contains conductive metal powder, binder resin, organic solvent, and specific additives, wherein said binder resin is polyvinyl butyral resin, wherein said specific additives are one or more selected from the group consisting of stearic acid, lauric acid, octadecyl butanedioic acid, benzoic acid, acetamidophenol, aminophenol, catechol, and N,N-bis(2-hydroxyethyl) coco alkylamine, and wherein said specific additives are contained at the content of not less than 0.01 parts by mass and not more than 3.0 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of said conductive metal powder.

Polymer-type conductive paste, conductive film, and solid electrolytic capacitor element

A conductive paste for a terminal electrode of a multilayer ceramic electronic part, comprising (A) a spherical conductive powder which comprises chiefly copper, and which has a vitreous thin film on at least a portion of the surfaces thereof, (B) a flaky conductive powder comprising chiefly copper, (C) a glass powder, and (D) an organic vehicle, and may further contain (E) an aliphatic amine. When baked to form terminal electrodes for multilayer ceramic electronic parts, this paste exhibits extremely superior binder removal characteristics at low temperatures, and furthermore, it is superior in terms of oxidation resistance, binder removal characteristics and firing characteristics with no need for strict control of the firing conditions, thereby dense terminal electrodes that are superior in terms of adhesion and conductivity can be formed.

Conductive paste for terminal electrode of multilayer ceramic electronic part

A glass containing no lead and comprising, calculated as oxides: 40-60 wt. % ZnO, 15-35 wt. % BO, 1-16 wt. % SiO, 1-10 wt. % AlO, 2-15 wt. % MnO, and at least one selected from the group consisting of LiO, NaO and KO in their total of 0.5-10 wt. %, and a glass with the above-described components where a total of at least one selected from the group consisting of LiO, NaO and KO is 0-5 wt. %, and at least one selected from the group consisting of MgO, CaO, TiO, CrO, ZrO, TaO, SnO, and FeOis further included in their total of 0.1-5 wt. %. A conductive paste using such a glass as an inorganic binder has a superior binder removal ability and a good sinterability and can form dense conductors with excellent characteristics with respect to resistance to plating solutions, adhesive strength, resistance to thermal shocks, etc.
