Novel tools and techniques are provided for implementing intelligent assistance ('IA') ecosystem, and, in some cases, for implementing extended reality (“XR”) for cardiac arrhythmia procedures. In various embodiments, a computing system might receive device data associated with a device(s) configured to perform a cardiac arrhythmia procedure to provide effective heart rhythm, might receive imaging data associated with an imaging device(s) configured to generate images of a portion(s) of a patient. The computing system might analyze the received device data and imaging data (collectively “received data”), might map the received data to a 3D or 4D representation of the portion(s) of the patient based on the analysis, and might generate and present (using a user experience (“UX”) device) one or more XR images or experiences based on the mapping.

Extended reality (XR) applications for cardiac arrhythmia procedures

An implantable medical lead may include an electrode at a distal portion of the lead that is configured to monitor or provide therapy to a target site. The lead may include a visible indicator that is visible to the naked eye of a clinician at a medial portion of the lead that is configured to indicate when the electrodes of the lead are longitudinally and radially aligned properly to monitor or treat the target site. A clinician may insert the lead into the patient using an introducer sheath inserted to a predetermined depth into the patient and subsequently aligning the distal portion of the lead by orienting the indicator at an entry port of the introducer sheath.

Implantable medical lead indicators

Novel tools and techniques are provided for implementing an imaging discovery utility for augmenting clinical image management. In some embodiments, in response to receiving a request for a first medical image file(s) from a requesting device, a non-relational ('NoSQL') data management system ('DMS') may access a NoSQL database containing, inter alia, a plurality of medical image files that are mirrored copies of a plurality of medical image files stored in a relational (&#x201c;SQL&#x201d;) database, the medical image files each being organized in an image-centric hierarchy with image data being at a top level and patient information associated with the image data being at a lower level. Based on a successful search of the NoSQL database based on search terms in the request, the NoSQL DMS may identify a corresponding second medical image(s) in the SQL database, and may retrieve and send (to the requesting device) the identified second medical image(s).
