A display device includes a substrate, a semiconductor layer disposed on the substrate, and including a first channel portion, a second channel portion, a connecting portion disposed between the first channel portion and the second channel portion, and electrode regions, a first insulating layer disposed on the semiconductor layer, a gate conductor disposed on the first insulating layer and including a first gate electrode overlapping the first channel portion and a second gate electrode overlapping the second channel portion, signal lines disposed on the substrate, a first electrode electrically connected to at least one of electrode regions of the semiconductor layer, an emission layer disposed on the first electrode, and a second electrode disposed on the emission layer, and the first channel portion and the second channel portion of the semiconductor layer each have a first width greater than a second width of the connecting portion.

Transistor substrate and display device including the same

A display device includes: a plurality of pixels connected to gate lines and data lines; a gate driver to supply a gate signal to the gate lines; and a data driver to supply a data signal to the data lines. The gate driver includes: a first transistor including a first active layer at a first layer; and a second transistor including a second active layer at a second layer on the first layer.

An organic light emitting diode display includes a substrate, an overlap layer on the substrate, a semiconductor layer on the overlap layer, a first gate conductor on the semiconductor layer, a second gate conductor on the first gate conductor, a data conductor on the second gate conductor, a driving transistor on the overlap layer, and an organic light emitting diode connected with the driving transistor. The driving transistor includes, in the semiconductor layer, a first electrode, a second electrode, with a channel therebetween. A gate electrode of the first gate conductor overlaps the channel. The overlap layer overlaps the channel of the driving transistor and at least a portion of the first electrode. A storage line of the second gate conductor receives a driving voltage through a driving voltage line in the data conductor. The overlap layer receives a constant voltage.

Organic light emitting diode display

A display device including pixels is provided. Each of the pixels includes a first transistor having a gate electrode connected to a first node, a first electrode connected to a second node, and a second electrode connected to a third node, a second transistor having a gate electrode connected to a first scan line, a first electrode connected to a data line, and a second electrode connected to the second node, and a third transistor having a first gate electrode connected to the first scan line, a second gate electrode, a first electrode connected to the first node, and a second electrode connected to the third node. The second gate electrode may be in a floating state, and the third transistor may be aged to alleviate a leakage current in order to improve image generation.

Method of aging transistor and display device including the transistor

A display device includes: a pixel including: a light emitting element connected between a first power source and a second power source; a first transistor connected between the first power source and the light emitting element to control a driving current, and including a first gate electrode connected to a first node and a second gate electrode connected to a bias control line; and a switching transistor connected between a data line and the first node, and including a gate electrode connected to a scan line; and a driving circuit to drive the pixel according to a driving frequency. The driving circuit drives the pixel in a first mode when the driving frequency is in a first range, and sequentially supplies a control signal having a first voltage and a second voltage to the bias control line during a light emission period of the pixel in the first mode.

A laser crystallization method includes exciting gas medium in an airtight container to generate laser beams; amplifying the laser beams by reflecting the laser beams between a high reflection mirror and a low reflection mirror respectively disposed facing opposite end portions of the airtight container, wherein a first transparent window and a second transparent window are fixed to respective end portions of the airtight container, and outputting the amplified laser beams; and disposing a cleaning mirror in a path of the laser beams that have propagated through the second transparent window.
