Provided herein are novel solid state forms of tapentadol salts, process for their preparation, pharmaceutical compositions, and method of treating thereof. The tapentadol salts include an L-(&#x2212;)-camphorsulfonate salt, a dibenzoyl-(L)-tartrate salt, a dibenzoyl-(D)-tartrate salt, a malate salt, a maleate salt, or a salicylate salt.

Described is a highly stable amorphous form of imatinib mesylate having a water content of less than 0.5 percent by weight, based on the total weight of the amorphous imatinib mesylate, (anhydrous amorphous imatinib mesylate), a process for preparation thereof, and pharmaceutical compositions.
