There is provided a wig base comprising: a first elastic portion having a first modulus of elasticity, to which artificial hairs will be planted, second elastic portion(s) connected to the first elastic portion, having a second modulus of elasticity that is larger than the first modulus of elasticity, to which artificial hairs will be planted, and a position holding portion which is a member connected to the second elastic portion, and which holds own hairs or a skin of a wearer located at the position of the member, wherein the first elastic portion, the second elastic portion and the positon holding portion are placed in the order thereof from a top of the head while wearing the wig, and wherein the positon holding portion pulls up a skin of the face of a wearer towards a top of the head while wearing the wig.

A wig base having a surface portion to which artificial hairs will be planted, an outer frame in which a first string shaped member to which artificial hairs will be planted is placed apart from at least a part of the surface portion, a middle portion in which a second string shaped member to which artificial hairs will be planted is placed in a waveform having apexes located at the surface portion side and at the outer frame side between the surface portion and the outer frame, wherein apexes of the wave-formed second string shaped member at the surface portion side and the surface portion are fixed together, wherein at least at the apexes of the second string shaped member at the outer frame side, the first and second string shaped members are connected such that a relative position of the first and second string shaped members may change.

An apparatus for fixing a wig to head of a user, including a flexible plane sheet including a first opening and a second opening, a plurality of monofilaments each including a swollen head and protrusively provided on a first side of the flexible plane sheet, a first adhesive layer provided so as to cover the monofilaments, a net member provided on a second side of the flexible plane sheet, and a second adhesive layer provided on the net member of a first half area, the flexible plane sheet being divided into the first half area and a second half area by a line bisecting the flexible plane sheet.

A wig is fabricated by: a masking sheet, having a great number of openings around 10 mm in diameter formed therein, being applied to a side of a wig base which is to face the scalp of a wearer; a silicone adhesive agent being applied to the wig base through the openings; one end of a tablet formed of a silicone substance, which can be placed within the opening, being adhered to the silicone adhesive agent, and further, a silicone adhesive agent being applied to a surface of the tablet and dried; following which the masking sheet is removed, thereby providing silicone protrusions fixed to the side of the wig base which is to face the scalp of the wearer.
