A corrugated cardboard plant has a corrugated cardboard production assembly having at least one device for producing at least one corrugated cardboard web which is laminated on one side, and a connecting device for generating a corrugated cardboard web which his laminated on both sides and which comprises the at least one corrugated cardboard web which is laminated on one side. The corrugated cardboard plant furthermore has a printed web/lamination web production assembly which has a printing device for printing a printed web, a printed web storage device, and a lamination web unwinding device for unwinding a lamination web. The corrugated cardboard plant moreover has a coupling/uncoupling assembly having a coupling device for coupling the printing device to the corrugated cardboard production assembly while using the printed web as the lamination web in the corrugated cardboard production assembly, and/or an uncoupling device for uncoupling the printing device from the corrugated cardboard production assembly while using the lamination web in the corrugated cardboard production assembly.

Corrugated cardboard plant

A corrugated cardboard plant, including at least one corrugated cardboard production device for producing at least one corrugated cardboard web laminated on one side, having a respective corrugated web and a cover web; a connection device, disposed downstream of the at least one corrugated cardboard production device, for connecting the at least one corrugated cardboard web laminated on one side and a lamination web to one another, while forming an at least three-ply corrugated cardboard web; at least one cutting device for generating corrugated cardboard sheets from the at least three-ply corrugated cardboard web; and at least one individual code reading device for reading corrugated cardboard sheet individual codes on at least one of the webs of the at least three-ply corrugated cardboard web and/or on at least one of the webs for forming the at least three-ply corrugated cardboard web and/or on the corrugated cardboard sheets.

A corrugated cardboard plant comprises at least one device for producing a respective corrugated cardboard web laminated on one side; a lamination web dispensing device; a lamination web printing device disposed downstream of the lamination web dispensing device; and a device, disposed downstream of the lamination web printing assembly, for producing a corrugated cardboard web laminated on two sides from the at least one corrugated cardboard web laminated on one side and from a lamination web. The at least one device for producing a respective corrugated cardboard web laminated on one side is configured and/or disposed in such a manner that the at least one corrugated cardboard web laminated on one side, at least in a manner adjacent upstream of the device for producing a corrugated cardboard web laminated on both sides, has a respective upwardly directed corrugation. The lamination web in the device for producing a corrugated cardboard web laminated on two sides is guided in such a manner that said lamination web therein runs above the at least one corrugated cardboard web laminated on one side.

The invention relates to a corrugated cardboard plant. The invention concerns a corrugator machine with an intermediate web dispensing device for dispensing an intermediate web, a top layer dispensing device for dispensing a top layer, a printing arrangement located downstream of the top layer dispensing device for printing the top layer, a device located downstream of the intermediate web dispensing device and the printing arrangement for producing a corrugated board web laminated on one side from the intermediate web and the top layer, a lamination web dispensing device for dispensing a lamination web, and a connection device for connecting the corrugated board web laminated on one side and the lamination web with each other whilst forming an at least three-layered corrugated board web.

Corrugator machine

The invention concerns a splicing facility for splicing material webs. The splicing facility comprises a first dispensing device for dispensing a finite first material web from a first material web roll, a second dispensing device for dispensing a finite second material web from a second material web roll, a third dispensing device for dispensing a third material web, a first splicing device for splicing together the finite first material web and the finite second material web to an endless material web and a second splicing device for splicing together the third material web and the finite first material web or the finite second material web to the endless material web. The first splicing device and the second splicing device are arranged at different heights.

Splicing device

The invention relates to a corrugated-board machine for manufacturing corrugated board. The corrugated-board machine comprises a material-web output device for outputting a material web, an inkjet printing device disposed downstream of the material-web output device for the imprinting of at least one imprint onto the material web and an overcoating arrangement disposed downstream of the inkjet printing device for overcoating the printed material web at least in regions.
