The invention relates to a cleaning system suitable for being mounted on a motor vehicle and comprising at least one first and one second cleaning devices, each cleaning device comprising a cleaning liquid reservoir, at least one cleaning nozzle for spraying the cleaning liquid, a fluid distribution circuit arranged to convey cleaning liquid from the reservoir to the cleaning nozzle and a pump arranged to inject the cleaning liquid contained in the reservoir into the fluid distribution circuit, the cleaning system further comprising a bypass device connecting at least two cleaning devices by their respective fluid distribution circuits, comprising a backup line and a solenoid valve placed on the backup line, controlled as a function of the failure state of a pump, and arranged to supply the cleaning nozzle of one cleaning device from the reservoir of another cleaning device, each cleaning device comprising a non-return member between its reservoir and a point of connection to the bypass device.

Cleaning system for a motor vehicle

A nozzle for spraying a fluid for arrangement on a body of a cleaning device of an optical detection system mounted on a motor vehicle is disclosed. The nozzle has an internal distribution duct which extends between a proximal end, for being fluidly connected to a fluid distribution channel arranged in the body, and a distal end forming a fluid outlet orifice, the distribution duct being defined at least by a back wall and two opposite lateral walls, the nozzle further comprising a ramp arranged on the path of the fluid at the outlet orifice. The lateral walls are arranged at the distal end of the distribution duct so as to be distanced from one another, the distribution duct flaring in the direction of the ramp.

A telescopic cleaning device, for a glass surface to be cleaned of a motor vehicle, includes at least one hollow conveying body () for the cleaning fluid, closed at an upstream end by an inlet flange () and accommodating a movable piston () which is configured so as to slide in said hollow conveying body (). The hollow conveying body additionally accommodates a rod () which extends jutting out from the inlet flange and around which the movable piston is capable of sliding, the movable piston and the rod being configured so as to allow the fluid to flow between them from the inlet flange to the distribution element. Telescopic cleaning device

A telescopic cleaning device is intended for projecting at least one cleaning and/or drying fluid onto a glass surface to be cleaned of a motor vehicle, such as an optical surface of an optical sensor of an optical detection system. The cleaning device includes at least one fluid distribution element, rendered movable, along an axis of elongation (X) and at the end of a movable piston between a retracted first position and an extended second position for cleaning and/or drying. The fluid distribution element comprises a distribution bar () inside which a fluid distribution channel () extends and the distribution bar is equipped with a heating device () integrated at least in part into the distribution bar in order to heat the fluid passing through said distribution channel.

A sensor apparatus includes a cylindrical sensor window defining an axis, and a tubular annular member fixed relative to the sensor window and substantially centered around the axis. The annular member includes a plurality of first nozzles and second nozzles arranged in an alternating pattern around the annular member. The first nozzles each have a direction of discharge in a radially inward and axial direction forming a first angle with the axis. The second nozzles each have a direction of discharge in a radially inward and axial direction forming a second angle with the axis, and the second angle is different than the first angle.
