A solenoid valve for a motor vehicle. The solenoid valve includes a housing having an inlet and an outlet, a flow cross-section formed between the inlet and the outlet, a valve seat which surrounds the flow cross-section, a valve unit having an axial contact surface, a coupling member, and a control body, an electromagnetic actuator having an armature with a first axial end which bears against the axial contact surface of the valve unit, a second axial end, and an axial through bore through which the coupling member of the valve unit projects so as to be movable with the armature, and a fastening element which bears on the second axial end of the armature and which is fixedly connected to the coupling member of the valve unit. The valve unit is set down on the valve seat and is lifted from the valve seat.

A control device for an internal combustion engine. The control device is arranged in a bypass duct between a pressure side and an intake side of a supercharging device. The control device includes a bypass valve comprising a valve-closure body which is configured to be pneumatically actuatable, and a control pressure space. A solenoid valve is configured so that a fluidic connection can be established and closed via the control pressure space between either the pressure side and the intake side or between the pressure side and the atmosphere: When the bypass valve is in a completely open position, the fluidic connection exists at least temporarily via the control pressure space between either the pressure side and the intake side or between the pressure side and the atmosphere. A closure of the fluidic connection brings about a resulting force in a closing direction on the valve-closure body.

Control device for internal combustion engines

An electromagnetic pressure-regulating valve includes a housing comprising a first, a second and a third port, a valve seat, a valve closure member, an electromagnetic drive, and a biasing device. The electromagnetic drive comprises a coil wound on a coil carrier, an armature, a core, and an electromagnetic return-path device. The armature moves between a first and second end position and acts on the valve closure member. The biasing device is configured so that, when a current does not flow, the armature, and thereby the valve closure member, is positioned in a fail-safe setting on the valve seat so that a connection from the third port to each of the first and second ports is closed. The valve seat is connected via a fluid channel to the first and second ports. The armature is steplessly adjustable between the first and second end positions in every setting.
