A volumetric flow meter, including a casing () fitted into a duct (C;) and including a base body () and a cap () cooperating to define a housing chamber (), the housing chamber () being on opposite sides delimited by a base plane () formed in the base body () and by a cap plane () formed in the cap (). Through the cap () there is formed an inlet passage () communicating with the housing chamber () and extending orthogonally to the base plane (). Through a bottom () of the base body () there is an outlet passage () communicating with the housing chamber () and extending orthogonally to the base plane (). The flow meter has rotors () mounted rotatably within the housing chamber (), a permanent magnet () arranged on board one of the rotors (), and a magnetic sensor ().

A device for measuring the flow rate includes an impeller rotatably mounted in a conduit about an axis, and a detector indicating the angular speed of the impeller. A diffuser has a plurality of passages for dividing the flow into reduced flows which are directed toward the vanes of the impeller to cause rotation. The diffuser forms peripheral passages which extend in planes parallel to the axis and inclined in a same direction about the axis. Each passage has a longitudinal inlet portion, parallel to the axis and a transverse outlet portion laterally facing a first axial portion of the impeller such that in operation, the outlet portions of the passages direct towards the vanes of the impeller corresponding flows or jets of fluid in non-radial directions inclined in a same direction around the axis.

An electric valve device () for household appliances, includes a hollow body () with an inlet () and an outlet () for a flow of a liquid, between which in the body () there is defined a chamber () wherein a first valve seat () is provided, a (first) obturator () moveably mounted in the chamber () and cooperating with the first seat () for controlling the communication between the inlet () and the outlet (), and a movable member () coupled with the obturator () and displaceable towards and away from the first valve seat () and controlled by means of an electrically operable actuator () carried by said body (). In the body () a second valve seat () is staggered with respect to the first valve seat () along the direction of displacement of the first obturator (), to which is connected a second obturator () displaceable from and towards the second valve seat (). The arrangement is such that the obturators () are jointly displaceable away from and towards the corresponding seats (), with which they define a first and respectively, second valve, fluidically in series with one another, and both controllable through said electrically operable actuator.

Electric valve device, particularly for household electrical appliances

A valve assembly includes a valve body, having an inlet duct, an outlet duct and an intermediate portion. An electrovalve is located proximal to the intermediate portion. A measurement device is directly connected to the valve body. The measurement device includes a sensor for taking a measurement for determining a physical characteristic of the fluid that can flow in the valve assembly. The electrovalve includes a first electronic circuit for conducting an electric control signal from a control unit to the electrovalve. The measurement device includes a second electronic circuit for conducting the electric signals exchanged between the control unit and the sensor. The first electronic circuit and the second electronic circuit are implemented on a single header or printed circuit board. The electrovalve and the measurement device are mechanically connected directly to the single header or printed circuit board.

A device for measuring the flow rate of a fluid, including a bladed impeller mounted in the conduit to be driven in rotation by the flow of the fluid, and to which at least one magnet is fixed, and a magnetic field sensor arranged near the conduit to generate a signal each time the magnet of the impeller, passes thereby. The number of signals generated by the sensor in a period of time is representative of the flow rate of the fluid.

A valve device () includes a hollow body () adapted to be passed through by a flow of fluid and having an inlet section () and at least one outlet section () to receive and dispense fluid. A joining element () connects to a fluid source, and connects at the inlet section (). A support bracket () is assembled to the inlet section () to hold the joining element () connected to the hollow body (), and is configured to be fastened to an external load-bearing structure. One electrically controlled valve () is arranged in the hollow body () between the inlet section () and the outlet section (), and configured for selectively controlling the exit of the flow of fluid. The valve device () also includes a locking member () arranged astride the bracket () and the inlet section (), and tends to elastically tighten against the support bracket () and the inlet section () from laterally opposite parts, to axially constrain the support bracket () and the inlet section () one to the other.

Electrically controlled valve device for household equipments

The regulating device () comprises a body () including a hub () which has a first end () connected to a surrounding ring (), such as to define therebetween at least one passage () for the fluid, between the upstream and downstream regions, and the other or second end () of which protrudes with respect to the ring (). The ring () has, on a surface thereof, an annular distribution of projections (). On the second end () of the hub () there is mounted a flexible, ring-shaped, regulating member () facing and spaced from the tops of said projections () and capable during use of resiliently flexing towards them as a result of and depending on the difference in pressure between the upstream and downstream regions. The ring () is further provided with a plurality of restricted holes () having a fluid flow parallel to the at least one passage (). These restricted holes () are formed essentially in the same radial portion (C) of the ring () in which the projections () are provided such that the holes () are circumferentially and radially comprised each between a pair of projections ().
