Process for producing a tubular component which comprises sections which are intentionally different from one another with regard to one or more aspects selected from the group consisting of aspects including material, thickness, size, more specifically circumference or diameter, and the like, and hydroforming of the component, in which process the component is produced by rolling up a substantially flat sheet, which flat sheet substantially corresponds to a flat blank of the tubular component.

Process for producing a tubular component

A pallet container is provided comprising an inner plastic container ( ) for transporting liquids. The inner container ( ) is secured to a pallet ( ) by means of a grid support structure ( ). The intersections ( ) of the first and second grid elements ( ) are connected by penetrating the second element ( ) through the first element ( ). The first and second elements ( ) are then connected to one another at one or more positions in the region of the intersection ( ).

A connection assembly of first and second elements. The first element has a receiving opening through which the second element is passed and penetrates the first element. The first element is connected to the second element at one or more positions in the region of their intersection. At least one of the first and second elements have ridges arranged to lie adjacent the opposing elements. A plurality of the elongate elements can be interconnected in a plurality of connection assemblies to form a grid structure.

Connection assembly

A pallet container is provided comprising an inner plastic container for transporting liquids. The inner container is secured to a pallet by means of a grid support structure. The intersections of the first and second grid elements are connected by penetrating the second element through the first element. The first and second elements are then connected to one another at one or more positions in the region of the intersection.
