An adjustable infant carrier which is outfitted with conversion flaps adapted to allow for selective adjustability to the effective width of the seat portion of the carrier so as to accommodate children of differing size, as well as different support positions/configurations.

Expandable seat infant carrier

A wrap type infant carrier which also integrates certain attributes of mei tai and SSC carriers to provide an optimal meld of some of the most desirable attributes of these existing carriers, the present carrier thus providing the comfort and closeness of a wrap carrier, but further being configured to be easily fitted to the wearer, thus avoiding any excessive learning curve associated with its use. In addition to being easy to use, the present carrier is also configured to more effectively distribute the load to the caregiver to mitigate muscle strain or fatigue.

Wrap carrier

An adjustable infant carrier which is outfitted with various modalities, including a selectively expandable and retractable seat portion and a selectively deployable sling seat, as allows for varying degrees of adjustability to the effective width of and support level provided by the seat portion of the carrier alone or in combination with the seat sling thereof.

Ergonomic outfacing carrier

An infant carrier which provides the comfort of a wrap-type carrier and the ease of use of a conventional soft-sided infant carrier. The infant carrier includes a pair of adjustable side panels which allow a wearer to selectively transition the side panels between narrow and wide seat configurations to accommodate the size of the infant seated within the carrier. The carrier also includes a torso band, which enables adjustment of the infant support panel relative to the wearer, and also rests higher than conventional waist belts commonly employed on most soft-sided infant carriers.

An adjustable infant carrier includes a waist belt disposable about the waist of the wearer. A pair of shoulder straps is coupled to the waist belt, wherein each shoulder strap includes a free end portion and an opposed proximal end portion coupled to the waist belt. A carrier body is coupled to the waist belt and is connectable to the shoulder straps. The carrier body includes a middle section and a pair of conversion flaps disposed on opposed sides of the middle section. Each conversion flap is selectively transitional between a narrow configuration, wherein a free end portion of the conversion flap is connected to the middle section, and a wide configuration, wherein the free end portion of the conversion flap is connected to the waist belt.
