An electric machine of a motor vehicle, in particular of an adjustment drive or of a radiator fan, has a rotor which is mounted so as to be rotatable about a machine axis. The rotor has a number of permanent magnets which are arranged in the radial direction. Each permanent magnet has one side with a strong magnetic flux and one side with a weak magnetic flux in the tangential direction. When the permanent magnets are adjacent in the tangential direction, different sides are directed towards one another.

Electric machine, method of manufacturing the electric machine, rotor and adjustment device

A rotary electric machine having a stator and a rotor, in addition to an electric control device and a connection device which comprises at least one coupling element for electrically connecting the control device to one or several electrical lines and a mass element provided to connect to an electric mass potential. In order to improve the machine with respect to electromagnetic interference, the stator is connected to the mass element by a contact bridge which has a first securing section and a second securing section in addition to a bridge element arranged between the securing sections and includes a single-piece spring steel sheet which is at least partially sinuous.

Rotary electric machine

An electric motor has a switching unit with a number of contact wires and an annular frame part. The contact wires are arranged to form an interconnect ring for the coil ends of a stator winding and the ends of the wires being connected by insulation displacement contacts. Each of the contacts have two insulation displacement limbs for connecting at least two of the wire ends, the limbs being spaced apart, thus forming an insulation displacement slot therebetween. The frame part of the switching unit has a number of plug-in pockets for receiving the insulation displacement contacts, the number corresponding to the number of insulation displacement contacts.

Apparatus for mounting a motor such that vibrations are decoupled

A rotary electric machine, in particular an electric motor, has a winding, an electronic control device, and an electrically conductive shielding plate arranged between the control device and the winding. A connection device which includes at least one coupling element for electrically connecting the control device to one or more lines and a mass element provided for connecting to an electric mass potential. In order to improve the machine with respect to electromagnetic interference, the shielding plate is electrically conductively connected to the mass element by way of a sheet metal tongue via a first electric pressure-contact.

A rotor blade set for an electric motor, having a plurality of axially assembled multi-part and/or single-part blades having circle segment shaped blade sections, between which radial and circumferentially open recesses are formed for receiving a respective magnet, wherein a predeterminable number of blade sections of the single-part or multi-part blades have at least one azimuthal clip on the circle radius, which clip bends axially during the insertion of the corresponding magnet into the respective recess, and wherein the circle segment-shaped blade sections of the single-part or multipart blades have at least one notch on the circle radius, in which notch a corresponding clip of a blade section of an axially spaced blade engages following the axial bending.

According to the invention, the brush has a meansfor adjusting its pole coverage between the start of life of the motor and its stabilized operation. This is therefore a brush with pole coverage that can be varied over its operating life. Such a brush is more particularly fitted into a motor for a ventilation (air conditioning) system for motor vehicle.
