A sterilization machine for the sterilization of caps, comprising an isolation chamber having an inner space in which the caps are advanced along a conveying path and separating the inner space from an outer space, a plurality of carts positioned within the inner space and an actuation unit arranged in the outer space and configured to selectively advance the carts along an advancement path by means of the generation of an electromagnetic field. Each cart comprises a pusher element configured to interact with a group of caps having one or more caps, to advance the respective group along the conveying path during the advancement of the respective cart along at least one portion of the advancement path. The actuation unit is configured to selectively lift the carts by means of levitation and to advance the carts along the advancement path by means of control of the electromagnetic field.

Sterilization machine for the sterilization of caps

Disclosed is a unit for filling articles with a pourable product. The unit includes a tank having pourable product separated from a first aeriforrn; a filling device for filling articles; a first valve, set to an open configuration allowing fluid connection between the pourable product and article or set to a dosed configuration; a first fluidic line fbr allowing escape of a second aeriform from inside articles when first valve is open and article is in contact with filling device; a second valve, set to an open configuration allowing the second aeriform to flow along first fluidic line when first valve is open or set to a dosed configuration; a second fluidic line fluidly connected with first fluidic line; and a third valve arranged along second fluidic line, and which can he selectively arranged to fluidly connect the second fluidic line with an inner volume of a cabinet.

Filling unit and method for filling an article with a pourable product

A filling device for a filling machine configured to fill receptacles with a pourable product, comprising: a tubular body having a longitudinal axis, defining a central flowing channel for the pourable product, and terminating at a lower end with an axial outlet opening adapted to deliver the pourable product to a receptacle to be filled, wherein the channel includes a tapered-section portion located at a given axial distance from, and above, the outlet opening and tapering towards the outlet opening up to a narrowed-section zone; a shutter movable within the channel; and at least one exhaust conduit arranged on an outer circumference than the channel with reference to the longitudinal axis; wherein the channel includes an enlarged-section portion located immediately below the tapered-section portion, having a larger diameter than the narrowed-section zone, and defining an expansion chamber receiving a bottom end opening of the exhaust conduit.

Filling device for filling machine

A unit for carrying out an operation on a container fillable with a pourable product is disclosed. The unit comprises: a first area; a second area; at least one operative head, which is adapted to carry out the operation; at least one gripping device for gripping the container and which is movable between a rest position, in which the at least one gripping device receives or discharges the container; and an operative position, in which the at least one gripping device sets the container in a position in which the container undergoes the operation. The unit further comprises: a movable element, which is operatively connected to the at least one gripping device for moving the at least one gripping device between the rest position and the operative position, and which comprises a portion movable between the first area and the second area; and a bellow.

Unit for carrying out an operation on a container fillable with a pourable product

A filling unit for contact or contactless filling an article is disclosed. The filling unit includes a tank comprising: a first valve, which may allow or prevent the fluidic connection between a first region of the tank and the article; a first fluidic line which extends from the tank to the article in case of contact filling; a second valve, which may allow or prevent the flow along the first fluidic line; and a control unit configured to set the first valve in a first closed configuration and the second valve in a second open configuration in case of contact filling. The filling unit further includes a second fluidic line distinct from the first fluidic line and extends from the inner volume of the article to a discharge area distinct from the tank; and a third valve, which may allow or prevent the flow along the second fluidic line.
