An air-conditioning system for air-conditioning a vehicle interior is disclosed. The air-conditioning system includes a blower for generating an air flow, a heating device for heating the air flow, and a ducting system that divides the air flow downstream of the heating device over at least two part air flows and supplies the at least two part air flows via associated ducts to associated air outlets, through which the part air flows exit into the vehicle interior. The heating device includes at least two separate regions each with at least one electric heating element that is separately controllable via a control device. The at least two separate regions are each permanently assigned one of the associated ducts of the ducting system.

A method for determining an operating state of a PTC thermistor element may include pre-setting a released electric output available to the PTC thermistor element via a control signal and superimposing the control signal, at least for a pre-set period of time, with an additional signal which has a pre-set time profile. The method may also include, during the pre-set period of time, determining one of a time profile of a consumed electric output of the PTC thermistor element and a time profile of a consumed operating current of the PTC thermistor element. The method may also include comparing the pre-set time profile of the additional signal and the one of the time profile of the consumed electric output of the PTC thermistor element and the time profile of the consumed operating current of the PTC thermistor element.

Method for determining the operating state of a PTC thermistor element

The invention relates to an air conditioning system, in particular for use in a motor vehicle, having a first flow channel for a first airflow which may be influenced thermally, having a second flow channel for a second airflow which may be influenced thermally, wherein the first flow channel extends relative to the second flow channel at a predeterminable angle, and having an air guidance element, wherein the air guidance element is arranged on or adjacent to at least one internal wall of the first flow channel or the second flow channel, wherein the air guidance element in section has a substantially convex shape in the direction of the first or second flow channel and protrudes into the first or second flow channel, wherein the air guidance element has at least one finger which protrudes at a predeterminable angle into the first flow channel or the second flow channel.

The invention relates to an arrangement for sealing line interfaces in a motor vehicle in which lines from an engine compartment of the motor vehicle are led into a vehicle interior, wherein the engine compartment is separated from the vehicle interior by a partition which has an opening, through which the lines are led, and the opening is closed on the vehicle interior side by a seal, which is fastened to a functional unit arranged in the vehicle interior. In order to enable a reliable sealing function despite the assembly tolerance to be compensated, a flange of the functional unit that bears the seal can be moved relative to the functional unit, or the seal is movably arranged on the flange, which is rigidly fastened to the functional unit.
