A guide assembly is provided for guiding a sliding door or folding sliding door relative to a stationary furniture part. The guide assembly includes a guide rail to be secured on the stationary furniture part; a guide device having a running mechanism to be moveably mounted on the guide rail and having a fastening device for securing the guide device on the sliding door or folding sliding door; and at least two holding devices, each having an installing section for allowing mounting of the holding devices on a frame and a catch mechanism. The holding devices can be secured on the guide rail by the catch mechanism, and at least one, preferably both, of the at least two holding devices has a sheet metal bent part, preferably formed of the sheet metal bent part.

A guide system for guiding a movably-supported door wing, in particular a folding-sliding-door, relative to a stationary furniture part, includes a carrier for movably supporting the door wing, a guide rail for guiding the carrier, the guide rail being configured to be fixed to the stationary furniture part, and a guiding device for displaceably supporting the carrier along the guide rail. The running carriage being configured to be coupled to the door wing, a receiving device for receiving the running carriage, the receiving device and the carrier being configured as constructional units separate from one another and being configured to be fixed to one another. The carrier includes an interface for fixing the receiving device, the interface being configured such that the receiving device and the carrier can be fixed to one another by sliding in a sliding direction extending parallel to the guide rail.

A method for installing a guide assembly for a movable furniture part includes preferably carrying out chronologically in the following order: arranging on the furniture wall a first guide rail for guiding the movable furniture part, and arranging on a first elongated side of the first guide rail a drive device for influencing the movement of the movable furniture part on the furniture wall, the first guide rail and the drive device preferably being connected together. If the movable furniture part includes at least two door leaves connected together in an articulated manner, arranging a second guide rail for guiding the movable furniture part on the furniture wall on a second elongated side of the first guide rail, the first guide rail and the second guide rail preferably being connected together in a form-fitting and/or movable manner in particular.

A control curve arrangement includes a base member having a first control curve, a switch element separate from the base member and having a second control curve, a pressure portion to be displaceably supported along the first control curve and the second control curve, and a spring device for applying a force to the pressure portion. The pressure portion, in the first operating position and in a first movement direction, is displaceable along the second control curve of the switch element. The pressure portion, in the second operating position and in a second movement direction opposite the first movement direction, is displaceable along the first control curve of the base member. A timing element is operative between the base member and the switch element, and the switch element can be transferred from the second operating position into the first operating position by the timing element in a time-delayed manner.

A guide carriage includes a chassis having a rotatably supported running wheel and a connecting member for connecting the guide carriage to the furniture part. The chassis and the connecting member are configured as constructional units separate from one another and are configured to be connected to one another by a fastening device. The chassis and the connecting member are configured to be releasably locked to one another by a force of the force storage member. A carrier can move the door wing relative to the second guide rail in a direction extending transversely to the longitudinal direction of the first guide rail. A drive device has a force storage member, and the carrier can be at least partially ejected by the drive device from the retracted position of the carrier by a force of the force storage member. The drive device includes a coupling portion and a control curve, and the coupling portion and the control curve are decoupled over a large part of the movement of the carrier between the extended position and the retracted position. The carrier can be retracted into the retracted position starting from a position immediately before the retracted position when the coupling portion couples with the control curve.

The ejecting device has an ejecting element for folding open the folding door from a closed position, in which the door leaves are in a common closed plane, into an open position, in which the door leaves form an angle not equal to 180&#xb0;. The ejecting device has a first fitting part for mounting the ejecting device on the first door leaf. The ejecting element can move the second door leaf from the closed position into the open position by a scissor mechanism having at least two scissor levers, and is mounted between the first and second door leaves by an articulated connection formed by an intermediate lever connected in an articulated manner to the first and/or second scissor lever.

An arrangement includes a first guide system to be fixed to a furniture wall and a second guide system to be fixed to the furniture wall a vertical distance from the first guide system. Each of the two guide systems has a guide and a guide body displaceably arranged on the guide, a carrier to which the sliding door or folding-sliding door can be fixed, and a cable pulling device for compensating for a tilting moment of the carrier. The cable pulling device includes a first pulling cable arranged between the guide body of the first guide system and an end of the guide of the first guide system and without connection to the second guide system. A second pulling cable is between the guide body of the second guide system and an end of the guide of the second guide system and without connection to the first guide system.

The guide system has a drive device with an entrainment member acted upon by a force storage member and configured to be releasably coupled to the guiding device.
