A transport system for containers in the beverage industry, with a first container conveyor including a conveyor belt for conveying the containers, and a lubrication system including an applicator for applying a lubricant to the conveyor belt of the first container conveyor, wherein the transport system comprises a second container conveyor with a further conveyor belt for conveying the containers, and the lubrication system includes a mobile robot which has the applicator arranged thereon and a floor-supported undercarriage, for applying the lubricant in an automated selectively to the conveyor belt of the first container transporter or the conveyor belt of the second container conveyor.

Transport system for containers in the beverage industry and lubrication method

Embodiments relate to a conveying storage device for containers, comprising: a first/second drivable conveyor which can convey containers on a first/second conveying surface in a first/second direction, the first and the second conveyor being positioned parallel to one another such that containers are transferable from the first to the second conveying surface; a transfer device, which is movable along the conveyor, for transferring containers from the first to the second conveying surface; a guide body which is movable along a region between the first and the second conveyor above the first and the second conveying surface; and a guide railing for guiding and separating containers, said guide rail extending at an angle to the second direction and above the second conveying surface. The guide railing is variable in length and cooperates with the guide body such that the length of the guide railing and the angle can be varied.

Conveying storage device and method for operating the conveying storage device

The present disclosure relates to a device for guiding and pivoting bodies via sliding the bodies through the device. The device is produced using a generative manufacturing method. A system includes at least two of the devices arranged in parallel, a conveyor device, and a control device. The control device controls the conveyor device responsive to receiving a control command and feeds bodies selectively to one of the devices. A treatment line for polyethylene terephthalate (PET) containers includes a process path, a preform storage unit, a preform oven of a stretch blow-molding machine, and the device arranged between the preform storage unit and the preform oven. A treatment line for PET containers includes a process path, a container closure storage unit, a closing unit for closing the PET containers, and the device arranged between the container closure storage unit and the closing unit.

Device for guiding and pivoting bodies

The method for providing a warning of radiation-dose-relevant space-weather events at cruising altitudes comprises the steps of detecting radiation data of the atmospheric radiation, particularly ionizing radiation in the atmosphere, and providing a radiation model for 3D-spatially resolved estimation of a radiation field at cruising altitudes of the earth's atmosphere by use of a radiation dose rate scale based on a continuous range of values. Moreover, the 3D-spatially resolved rates of the effective radiation dose on the basis of the detected radiation data and the radiation model will be estimated. The radiation dose rate scale is divided, based on a continuous range of values, into a discrete, i.e. graduated radiation dose rate scale comprising individual successive ranges of values of increasing radiation dose rates, and respectively one index will be assigned to each range of values, wherein a first range of values is between a radiation dose rate of zero and a presettable first upper limit, a second range of values is between the first upper limit and a second upper limit which is equal to a presettable multiple of the first upper limit, and each further range of values is between the upper limit of the next smaller range of values and an upper limit which is equal to the presettable multiple of the upper limit of the next smaller range of values. As a warning, there is indicated the index of that range of values within which is situated the estimated radiation dose rate for a presettable range in the earth's atmosphere.

Method for providing a warning of radiation-dose-relevant space-weather events at cruising altitudes

A method for the calculation of flight paths taking into consideration events of relevance for the radiation dose comprises the following steps: a) collection of radiation data for atmospheric radiation (); b) examination of the radiation data and conclusion about an event of relevance for radiation dose generating a temporary increase in exposure; c) creation of a model using the radiation data, wherein the model contains at least one estimate of the geographical location of a region with a radiation intensity increased by the event of relevance for radiation dose; d) determination of flight-relevant parameters; e) calculation of a possible flight path in the light of the flight-relevant parameters taking into consideration the model created in step c), wherein the flight path is adjusted in respect of a reduction of exposure to radiation.
