A parking lock system for motor vehicle transmissions has a locking pawl pivotable between an interlock position and a release position, and a first actuating element movable between a disengaged position and an engaged position, where movement of the first actuating element induces pivoting of the locking pawl. The system includes a second actuating element movable between an actuating position and an element release position, the second actuating element contacting and moving the first actuating element from the engaged position into the disengaged position when moving from the actuating position into the element release position. The system includes a spring element that moves the first actuating element into the engaged position when the second actuating element moves into the actuating position, and allows the first actuating element to move relative to the second actuating element into the disengaged position when the second actuating element is in the actuating position.

Parking lock system for a vehicle transmission

A gear set arrangement () for a bicycle gearbox () includes a planetary assembly, a stationary component (), a first and a second brake (B, B), and a first and a second freewheel clutch (F, F). One planetary gear set () of the planetary assembly includes a first rotary element, a second rotary element, and a third rotary element. The first rotary element is rotationally fixable on the stationary component () by the first brake (B). The first rotary element is connectable to the output () by the first freewheel clutch (F). The second rotary element is rotationally fixable on the stationary component () by the second brake (B). The second rotary element is connectable to the output () by the second freewheel clutch (F). The third rotary element is connected to the input () for conjoint rotation. The gear set arrangement () is configured to provide three ratios.

Gear set assembly and bicycle gearing system

Parking detent pawls are known which are suitable for securely holding a vehicle in a parked state. The aim of the invention is to provide a detent pawl for a parking lock which is characterized by a high degree of operational reliability. For this purpose, a method is proposed for producing a detent pawl with a latching section for engaging into a locking toothing, a support section for rotatably supporting the detent pawl about a rotational axis, and a locking section for resting against a locking bolt which can be moved along the detent pawl, having the following steps: providing a detent pawl blank; providing a shaping tool with a shaping contour, said shaping contour having a load section and a guide section; and shaping the detent pawl blank in a shaping direction by means of the shaping tool, wherein a depression for receiving the locking bolt is produced on the locking section, the load section defines a load region of the depression for supporting the locking bolt in a locking position, and the guide section defines a guide region of the depression for guiding the locking bolt during an actuation movement.

Method for producing a detent pawl

A parking lock for a motor vehicle includes a pivotably mounted locking pawl (), an interlocking element (), and a guide rod (). A spring element () preloads the locking pawl () in a disengagement direction of the parking lock. A first free end () of the spring element () is supported directly on a support section () of the locking pawl () and, during the swiveling of the locking pawl (), rests against the support section () in a stationary manner. A second free end () of the spring element () is supported directly on a support contour () of the guide rod () and, during an axial movement of the guide rod (), slides along the support contour (). The geometry of the support contour () is configured such that the preload force of the spring element () does not decrease during the disengagement of the parking lock.

Parking lock for a motor vehicle

A parking lock includes a locking pawl () and an interlocking element () arranged on a connecting bar () to a selector lever (). The end of the connecting bar () facing away from the interlocking element () is articulatedly connected to the selector lever (). A hydraulically actuatable actuator () includes two pistons () provided for disengaging the parking lock. During normal operation, a detent device (), which is actuatable by an electromagnet (), locks the first piston () in a piston position corresponding to an engaged condition (P_ein) or a disengaged condition (P_aus). Without requiring activating the electromagnet () to release the detent device (), the parking lock, during normal operation, is manually disengagable with an emergency disengagement device () acting upon the second piston () and is manually engagable with an emergency engagement device () acting upon the detent device ().

Parking lock for an automatic transmission in a motor vehicle

A parking lock arrangement with an actuating device for engaging and disengaging a parking pawl () for interlocking and releasing a parking interlock gear () includes an axially movable actuating rod () with an axially displaceable actuating element () on an end facing the parking pawl (). During the engagement and disengagement of the parking lock, an actuating contour () of the actuating element () is in contact with an actuating zone () of the parking pawl () and with a support contour () of a housing-affixed guide element (). The actuating contour () is designed to be rotationally symmetrical with respect to a longitudinal axis () of the actuating element () and extends along this longitudinal axis (). The actuating contour () is a circular arc as viewed in the direction of the longitudinal axis () of the actuating element ().

Parking lock arrangement

A parking lock includes a locking pawl () and an interlocking element (). The locking pawl () is pivotably mounted on a pawl pin () and engageable with a parking interlock gear (). The interlocking element () is arranged on a connecting bar () to a selector disk (), spring-loaded with a spring element (), and clampable between the locking pawl () and a guiding plate (). An end of the connecting bar () facing away from the interlocking element () is articulatedly connected to the selector disk (). An engaging piece () of the selector disk () is operatively connected to a parking lock actuator (). The connecting bar () is arranged below the locking pawl () such that a motion plane of the connecting bar () is parallel to a motion plane of the locking pawl () and perpendicular to the pawl pin ().

Park lock for an automatic transmission in a motor vehicle

An actuating device () for manually releasing a parking lock device () of a transmission () includes a manual actuator () and a pivotably mounted actuating shaft (). The actuating shaft () includes a shaft outer section (), to which the manual actuator () is attached, and includes a shaft inner section (), on which a parking disk () is mounted. The parking disk () includes a recess (), and on which an engaging piece is mounted, which includes a projection () engaging into the recess (). The engaging piece is an engaging lever () which includes a foot section () for mounting the engaging lever () on the shaft inner section () of the actuating shaft (), and includes the projection () on a head section () positioned opposite a foot section (). An associated parking lock device (), transmission (), and assembly method are also provided.

Parking interlock device, transmission including said parking interlock device, and related assembly method

A parking lock device for a motor vehicle including a parking interlock gear and a parking pawl. The parking interlock gear has teeth and tooth gaps, wherein each of the teeth has a first and a second deflecting contour that are counter-revolving and radially increasing from a radial indentation toward a respective tooth flank. The parking pawl includes a ratchet tooth. The parking interlock gear is rotatable about an axis of rotation and the parking pawl is rotatable about or translational along a swivel axis parallel to the axis of rotation. The contours slidingly guide the ratchet tooth to catapult over the tooth gaps in a targeted rotational speed range of the parking interlock gear, the targeted rotational speed range being between a minimum limit speed and a maximum limit speed, such that contact is avoided between tooth flanks of the parking pawl and of the parking interlock gear.

Parking lock device for a motor vehicle

A device for securing a clamping element against unintentional release includes a disk-shaped structure penetrated in an axial manner by a bore hole. A driving profile is defined by the bore hole. The disk-shaped structure is positionable on a component such that the bore hole engages a profile on the component to establish a torque-proof coupling of the disk-shaped structure and the component. The disk-shaped structure has a pair of contact surfaces. Each contact surface of the pair of contact surfaces runs radially and is positioned at a respective axial side of the disk-shaped structure. A profile plane of the driving profile is tilted at an angle with respect to a radial plane of each contact surface of the pair of contact surfaces. A related mounting arrangement is also provided.

Device for securing a tension element against unintentional release

A transmission parking lock has an actuating rod that is essentially translationally displaceable, which bears an actuating element, and with a locking lever that is essentially rotationally displaceable, bears a locking element For inserting the transmission parking lock through the displacement of the actuating rod, the locking lever is pivotable from a resting position of the same into a locked position in such a manner that the locking element engages in a recess of a gear wheel () allocated to a gear shaft, and with a device that withdraws the actuating element of the actuating rod in the resting position of the same from the locking lever.

Transmission parking lock

A transmission device () with a hydraulic system () comprising a main transmission pump device for supplying various transmission components with hydraulic fluid. The main transmission pump device is driven by torque applied to the transmission input shaft (). A force flow between the transmission input shaft () and transmission output shaft () is produced by various hydraulically actuated transmission components. When the hydraulic system () is not supplied by the main transmission pump, the force flow is interrupted. The hydraulic system () has an auxiliary pump device () by virtue of which the hydraulic system () too can be supplied with hydraulic fluid. The auxiliary pump device () is driven by torque applied to the transmission output shaft () at least when the force flow is interrupted.

A transmission parking lock device having a gearwheel with teeth and gaps and a pawl having a pawl tooth. The gearwheel rotates and the pawl pivots about axes that are parallel to each other. The gearwheel teeth each have a first contour and tooth flanks with respect to rotation of the gearwheel. The pawl tooth has a second contour and tooth flanks relative to the rotation of the gearwheel, and the gearwheel has an outer radius. The gearwheel and pawl are kinematically linked by a linear relationship between the pivoting and rotational angles. The first and/or second contour are at least partially circular with a radius of the outer radius of the gearwheel, and the teeth and/or the pawl tooth have, in the area of the front tooth flank of the gearwheel or parking lock pawl, a crown tip relief relative to the outer radius of the gearwheel.

The parking lock device () comprises a locking pawl () that is fixed to the transmission housing and mounted so that the locking pawl () can pivot. One of a low-friction supporting element () and an electrically insulating supporting element in a form of an insulating body () laterally guides the locking pawl ().

A pump drive of an automatic transmission with a hydrodynamic torque converter driven by a drive motor and with an oil pump driven by a pump wheel of the torque converter. The pump wheel of the torque converter is connected to a converter hub that extends from the pump wheel in the direction opposite the drive motor and is mounted radially by way of a converter hub bearing in or on a wall of the automatic transmission fixed with respect to the transmission housing and radially encloses a section of a pump drive shaft of the oil pump. The pump drive shaft is radially centered in the converter hub and, on its side facing toward the drive motor, is connected to the converter hub by a driving profile.
