The disclosure relates to a sensor fastener for measuring a temperature on a busbar assembly with a busbar, said assembly has at least one busbar assembly with at least one busbar. One or more busbars have bending elements, each of which has a free end; and a connecting ring for connecting to the busbar assembly. The bending elements extend through the connecting ring such that the free ends are free-standing in such a manner that the temperature of the free ends can be measured by a temperature sensor, thereby allowing a precise measurement of the temperature in a winding of an electric machine for a motor vehicle.

Sensor fastener for measuring a temperature in an electric machine of a motor vehicle

An electric machine includes a stator having a winding including a plurality of conductors assigned to one or more phases and at least one temperature sensor assembly having a temperature sensor section with a temperature sensor for detecting the temperature of the winding. The ends of at least one part of the conductors on the inner or outer circumference of the winding protrude axially or radially over the winding, wherein an interconnection ring comprising at least one conductor bridge is placed axially or radially on the winding. The ends of at least two respective conductors assigned to a phase protrude radially or axially outwards. The temperature sensor section has a sensor housing which is introduced into a housing recess provided on the interconnection ring in such a way that the temperature sensor is in thermal contact with the connection conductor or the conductor bridge.

Electric machine

An electric machine includes a stator having a winding, and at least one temperature sensor arrangement having a temperature sensor for detecting the temperature in the region of the winding. The ends of at least one part of the conductor protrude from the winding. One part of said ends is connected to an axial or radial interconnection ring placed on the winding. The temperature sensor arrangement is arranged on a conductor and the temperature sensor is thermally coupled to at least one conductor.

A sensor fastening device for temperature measurement in an electrical machine for driving a motor vehicle having a retaining body for receiving a temperature sensor, a support body for resting against a stator lamination of the electrical machine, the support body being connected to the retaining body spreadably, and a spreading element for spreading the retaining body away from the support body. By means of the sensor fastening device, which can be shifted in the radial direction and can be moved past the winding axially, the temperature sensor can be positioned, from the radial outside, on the radially inner edge of the winding and can be thermally coupled by means of the spreading element such that maintenance-friendly and accurate measurement of a maximum temperature in a winding of an electrical machine for a motor vehicle is made possible.

Sensor fastening device for temperature measurement in an electrical machine of a motor vehicle

An electric machine includes a stator having a winding, as well as at least one temperature sensor assembly having a temperature sensor section with a temperature sensor for detecting the temperature in the region of the winding. The ends of at least one part of the conductor on the inner circumference and/or on the outer circumference of the winding protrude axially or radially over the winding. An interconnection ring is placed axially or radially on the winding, which has at least one conductor bridge to which at least one portion of the ends are connected. A receiving section for the temperature sensor section is provided on the conductor bridge, in which the temperature sensor section is accommodated, thermally coupling the temperature sensor with the conductor bridge.

An electric machine includes a stator having a winding, and at least one temperature sensor for detecting the temperature in the region of the winding. The temperature sensor is arranged on an elongate support that is elastic at least in the region of the temperature sensor. The support is placed in an elongate recess which is open to at least one of the sides of the windings and the temperature sensor is pressed into thermal contact with the winding by the support.
