An underbody of an electrically driven motor vehicle, with a vehicle supporting structure, which is bounded laterally in a transverse direction of the vehicle by two vehicle sills between which a multiplicity of battery modules is arranged, which battery modules are assigned a battery supporting structure and at least one battery temperature control device, and with supply and removal devices for a temperature control medium. The supply and removal devices for the temperature control medium are arranged in the region of the vehicle sills.

Underbody of an electrically driven motor vehicle

A battery device for an at least partially electrically operated vehicle and a method for producing the battery device. The battery device includes a plurality of battery modules, each having at least one battery cell, and a receiving device for receiving the battery modules. In this arrangement, the receiving device includes a dividing wall, which is arranged underneath the battery modules, and a base plate, which is arranged underneath the dividing wall. The dividing wall and the base plate are attached to at least one connecting element and are connected to one another by the connecting element while being spaced apart.

Battery device and method of production thereof

A vehicle component () is provided for cooling a traction battery () that has at least one battery module () with at least one battery cell (). The vehicle component () has a cooling device () with a duct system () through which a cooling medium can flow. The duct system () runs along the battery module () for absorbing heat. The battery module () has a first cooling duct () and a second cooling duct (). The cooling device () is suitable and designed for charging the first and second cooling ducts () with the coolant in parallel.

Vehicle component

The floor of a vehicle has two planar extruded profiles, located one on top of the other and having opposing T-shaped ribs rotated through 90 degrees with respect to one another. T-shaped recesses are introduced into ribs of one profile, and crosspieces on T-shaped ribs of the opposite extruded profile engaging in an interlocking manner. The extruded profiles are pushed into one another for connection, and a foam is introduced beforehand into the cavities between the ribs. The foam is foamed up so that the two extruded profiles are connected in an adhesively bonded manner.

Body structure for a floor of a motor vehicle body

A transverse strut has two arms arranged in a V-shaped manner, and a first connecting element connects the two arms facing end regions thereof and for fastening the transverse strut in the front end of a motor vehicle. Second and third connecting elements are provided respectively at distal end regions of the arms. The second and third connecting elements are connected to the respective arms and function for the connection of the transverse strut. The arms and the connecting elements are formed as extruded profiles and/or formed sheet metal parts.

Transverse strut

For the reinforcement of a front section of a motor vehicle, a transverse beam is arranged between longitudinal beams of the body structure at the front side. The transverse beam is situated above the longitudinal beams and is adjoined by in each case one lattice girder. Each lattice girder extends in the longitudinal direction of the longitudinal beams and is connected at one side to the transverse beam and at the other side to a suspension unit mount.

Front-section structure of a motor vehicle

A reinforcing element has a dual-chamber profile produced by a rolling method to define an outer profile part supported with respect to an inner profile part. The two profile parts have a common wall as a straight web to which legs, offset in the same vertical plane, of the outer and inner profile parts adjoin. Reinforcing tubes are provided transversely with respect to the profile parts of the reinforcing element and are connected firmly to the profile parts. The reinforcing tubes preferably are directed toward seat crossmembers of the vehicle floor to improve side crash behavior.

Reinforcing element for a vehicle structure, in particular for a sill of a motor vehicle

A motor vehicle body has at least two sills running laterally in a longitudinal direction of the vehicle. An auxiliary frame is provided in a region of a front axle and at least one strut is provided, the strut running between the auxiliary frame of the front axle and one of the two lateral sills. This makes it possible in particular to increase the natural frequency of a vehicle front end by structurally simple and also cost-effective measures.

Motor vehicle body

A motor vehicle contains two A pillars, a front wall, a central tunnel and a front wall cross member. The front wall cross member has two side parts which are attached to the A pillars of the motor vehicle, and a middle part connecting these two side parts. The side parts are shaped in such a way that they are in at least partial contact with the front wall of the motor vehicle and are attached to the front wall there. The middle part is in at least partial contact with the central tunnel of the motor vehicle.

A spring strut mounting for holding an upper end of a spring strut of a motor vehicle contains a spring strut dome with an articulation point for articulatedly connecting the upper end of the spring strut. The spring strut mounting further has a lower dome carrier which can be connected to a longitudinal member of the motor vehicle, and an upper dome carrier which can be connected to an A pillar of the motor vehicle, with the upper dome carrier engaging over the articulation point.

A deformation element formed of a triangular assembly of interconnected structural channels is mounted in a trunk well in the forward section of a vehicle. In their respective longitudinal directions, the channels incorporate hollow compartments, separated by partitions, which, in the event of a collision, have an impact-energy-absorbing effect.

For reinforcing a spring receiving device, body structure of a forward vehicle part has a reinforcing console between an upper hood support and a lower side member of the vehicle platform. The reinforcing console is arranged in a transverse direction of the vehicle and reinforce an edge area of a body metal sheet of the wheel house in a closing manner.

Vehicle body for a forward vehicle structure of a motor vehicle, including a support structure, a fender support and a fender panel. The fender panel being optionally replaceable by another fender panel, so that a modified course of a joint between a front flap and the fender can be achieved. Furthermore, the support structure is constructed in a stable manner in connection with the side members, so that an optimal crash behavior can be achieved.

Vehicle body for a forward vehicle structure of a motor vehicle and method of making same

A passenger compartment for a passenger car has one B-column on each vehicle body side which leads into a side member situated below the B-column for increasing the transverse stiffness of the passenger compartment in the event of side impact loads. A transversely stiffening tube construction is composed of two laterally exterior upright reinforcing tubes and a tube-shaped stiffening element which extends over the width of the vehicle body. In order to achieve a more favorable introduction of force in the event of a side impact load, each upright reinforcing tube is linked to an adjoining connection plate with a lower edge area which is supported on the exterior side of the side member. An inwardly projecting supporting tube leads away from each reinforcing tube above the elevation of the side member. This supporting tube is rigidly connected in the area of the passenger compartment with one of the outer ends of the transversely extending, tube-shaped stiffening element.
