A control flap assembly for a gas flow in a fuel cell system, in particular in a vehicle, includes a control flap housing providing a gas flow channel, and a control flap with a disk-like control flap body which can be adjusted in the control flap housing between a closed position preventing a gas flow through the gas flow channel and at least one open position opening up the gas flow channel for a throughflow. A control flap seat is provided on the control flap housing, and a sealing region bearing against the control flap seat in the closed position of the control flap is provided on the control flap. The sealing region includes resilient sealing material on an external peripheral region of the control flap body.

Control flap assembly for a gas flow in a fuel cell system

A butterfly valve assembly includes a butterfly valve housing which provides a gas flow channel and a butterfly valve adjustable in the butterfly valve housing between a closed position and an open position for a passage of flow. The butterfly valve assembly has a disk-shaped butterfly valve element supported on a pivot shaft rotatable about a pivot shaft axis. The pivot shaft has a first pivot shaft end portion provided for coupling to a pivot shaft drive, and in a first bearing region being supported rotatably about the pivot shaft axis on the housing, and a second pivot shaft end portion, in a second bearing region being supported rotatably about the pivot shaft axis on the housing. At least one bearing region includes a bearing unit rotatably supporting the pivot shaft. A seal is supported in the bearing unit and lies against an outer peripheral surface of the pivot shaft.

Butterfly valve assembly, in particular for a gas flow in a fuel cell system

A coupling arrangement is disclosed for the rotational coupling of a drive element of a pivoting drive of an exhaust-gas flap for the exhaust-gas flow of a combustion engine to a pivot shaft rotatable about a pivot axis. A first coupling element has a coupling region coupled to a pivot shaft for rotation about the pivot axis. A preload element generates a force acting on the first coupling element and the second coupling element in a peripheral direction with respect to one another and generates a force acting in an axial direction between the coupling elements. One of the coupling elements includes two radially outwardly extending rotational coupling projections and the other coupling element includes a rotational coupling cutout receiving the projection. The one coupling element is held axially on the other coupling element by the preload element to prevent the projections from moving out of the cutouts.

Coupling arrangement

An exhaust-gas flap device, including for the exhaust-gas flow of an internal combustion engine, has a flap pipe and a flap plate that is supported in the interior of the flap pipe on a pivot shaft. The pivot shaft is rotatable about a pivot axis (A). The pivot shaft has first and second axial end regions and is supported rotatably on the flap pipe by respective first and second bearing assemblies. The pivot shaft is configured, in the first axial end region, for coupling to a drive element of a pivot drive. The pivot shaft is, in at least one of the axial end regions, in contact with vibration-damping material that is supported relative to the flap pipe.

Exhaust-gas flap device

A coupling arrangement is disclosed for rotationally coupling a drive element of a pivoting drive of an exhaust-gas flap for the exhaust-gas flow to a pivot shaft that is rotatable about a pivot axis. A first coupling element has a coupling region coupled to the pivot shaft for conjoint rotation about the pivot axis and a second coupling element has a coupling region coupled to the drive element for conjoint rotation about the pivot axis. A preload element acts on the first coupling element and the second coupling element substantially in a peripheral direction with respect to one another. One of the coupling elements has two rotational coupling projections which extend radially outward with respect to the coupling region of the coupling element. The other coupling element includes, so as to be assigned to each rotational coupling projection, a rotational coupling cutout which receives the corresponding rotational coupling projection.

An exhaust-gas flap device, especially for the exhaust-gas flow of an internal combustion engine, has a flap pipe and a flap plate that is supported, in the interior of the flap pipe, on a pivot shaft that is rotatable about a pivot axis. The exhaust-gas flap device further includes a pivoting drive for the pivot shaft with a drive element. A coupling unit couples the drive element to the pivot shaft for conjoint rotation about the pivot axis. Vibration-damping material is arranged in the region of the coupling unit.

An exhaust gas flap includes a flap tube (), a flap diaphragm () carried in the interior of the flap tube () on a pivot shaft () rotatable about a pivot axis (A), a pivot drive () and a coupling device () coupling the pivot shaft () to a drive shaft () of the pivot drive (). The coupling device () includes a first coupling area () that positive-lockingly meshes with the drive shaft () and a second coupling area () that positive-lockingly meshes with the pivot shaft (). A biasing element () is supported in relation to the coupling device () and is supported in relation to one shaft of the drive shaft () and the pivot shaft (). The coupling device () is axially biased by the biasing element () towards the other shaft and is prestressed about the pivot axis in relation to the one shaft.

Exhaust gas flap

An electric exhaust gas valve device () controls a flow cross section () of an exhaust pipe () of an exhaust system () of an internal combustion engine. The valve device includes an electric drive () driving a driven shaft () rotatingly about an axis of rotation (). An exhaust gas valve () has a drive shaft () aligned coaxially to and rotatable about the axis of rotation for controlling the cross section. A coupling device () transmits torques between the driven shaft and the drive shaft and includes a connection element connected to the drive shaft, a transmission element () connected to the driven shaft and the connection element with a prestressing spring () supported axially on the connection element and/or on the drive shaft as well as on the transmission element and axially driving the transmission element against the driven shaft to reduce thermal load.
