A piston actuation device for the supply of a pressure medium in a pressure medium circuit of a brake system of a motor vehicle. A piston actuation device includes a piston actuable by a spindle drive to execute a back-and-forth translation movement in the direction of a piston guidance axis. The spindle drive has a spindle nut and a spindle that cooperates with the spindle nut via a screw drive. The screw drive converts a rotation movement of the spindle nut into a translation movement of the spindle in the direction of a spindle movement axis. To transmit the translation movement to the piston, the piston and the spindle are connected to each other in an axially fixed manner. The axially fixed connection between the piston and the spindle includes an articulated joint, which allows for a concentricity deviation between the piston guidance axis and the spindle movement axis.

Piston actuation device

An electromechanical brake pressure generator for a hydraulic braking system of a vehicle. The electromechanical brake pressure generator encompasses a screw drive assemblage for converting an input-drive-side rotational motion into a translational motion for brake pressure generation. The screw drive assemblage encompasses a spindle that is rotatable via an electric motor, a spindle nut that interacts with a thread of the spindle so that the spindle nut is axially displaceable with a rotation of the spindle, and a housing that at least partly surrounds the spindle and the spindle nut. The screw drive assemblage additionally encompasses a drive wheel, which is disposed nonrotatably on the spindle and by way of which the spindle is connected to the electric motor. The spindle and the drive wheel are mounted, via a common bearing, rotatably with respect to the stationary housing. The bearing is radially surrounded at least partly by the drive wheel.

Electromechanical brake pressure generator for a hydraulic braking system

A control unit for at least one vehicle deceleration device of a vehicle. The control unit includes an electronics unit including a memory unit in which a characteristic curve is stored which specifies a relation between a first input variable specified by an operation of a brake actuation element of the vehicle, and a setpoint variable regarding a setpoint vehicle deceleration exerted on the vehicle using the at least one vehicle deceleration device. The electronics device newly specifies at least one characteristic curve value of the characteristic curve under consideration of a second input variable specified by the driver by an operation of an accelerator of the vehicle, a current traffic and/or environment situation, and/or an ascertained position of the vehicle and a position-specific item of traffic and/or environment information, and the correspondingly modified characteristic curve is stored in the memory unit.

Control unit and method for operating at least one vehicle deceleration device

An electromechanically drivable brake pressure generator for a hydraulic braking system of a vehicle, including an electric motor unit, which is activatable with the aid of an electronic control unit in accordance with a brake pressure to be applied and whose rotary motion generated thereby is converted by a reducing gearbox unit including an output-side spindle drive unit into a translatory motion for actuating a piston of a hydraulic piston/cylinder unit. A hydraulic block of the piston/cylinder unit also at least partially accommodates the electric motor unit in such a way that a motor shaft of the electric motor unit extending at least predominantly in the area of the hydraulic block is situated axially parallel to a longitudinal axis of the piston of the piston/cylinder unit which is movable in the hydraulic block.
