A needle sleeve, in particular for pivotably mounting the throttle valve shaft of a control device for recirculating exhaust gas in internal combustion engines. The needle sleeve provides a thin-walled outer ring formed without cutting. A needle roller and cage assembly is inserted in the outer ring. The needle cage carries the bearing needles at uniform spacings in the circumferential direction. The needle sleeve has, at its axial sides, two radially inward facing ribs holding the needle roller and cage assembly in the outer ring and has multiple seals that seal the sleeve to prevent exhaust gas condensates from flowing through. The outer ring of the needle sleeve is a rimless, cylindrical sleeve, and the seals are two lip sealing rings having an S-shaped cross-sectional profile. The seals are located at least partially outside the outer ring and are pressed onto its axial edges, and provide the radially inward facing ribs.

Needle sleeve for pivotably mounting the throttle valve shaft of a control device for recirculating exhaust gas in internal combustion engines

A ring-shaped metal rolling bearing cage, which has cage pockets for receiving rolling elements. The cage is formed by a first and a second cage segment. Adjoining ends of the cage segments are connected to one another by suitable connection assemblies. At least one of the assemblies permits a change of the cage diameter when the cage temperature changes. The suitable assembly, on one side, is configured as a joint mechanism and, on another side, as a locking mechanism, and at least one of the assemblies has a lash. A rolling bearing cage configured with the joint mechanism and the locking mechanism can be mounted with low time expenditure in a simple and reliable manner over a shaft, particularly in the case of an idler pinion mourning.

Ring-shaped rolling bearing cage

A rolling bearing comprising a rolling bearing cage having a plurality of rolling element pockets arranged in at least one row to receive at least one row of rolling elements, two lateral rings and a plurality of crosspieces connecting the two lateral rings, such that the plurality of rolling element pockets are formed between the plurality of crosspieces, and at least one empty pocket. The rolling bearing cage includes fewer rolling elements in the at least one row than the number of rolling element pockets, such that the at least one empty pocket does not receive a rolling element. A method for producing a rolling bearing cage is also provided.

Rolling bearing

A bearing ring for a radial rolling bearing, in particular for a cylindrical roller bearing or needle bearing which has, on one of the radial surface areas thereof, a track for a set of cylindrical rolling bodies which are cageless or are guided by a cage and one or two guide flanges axially bounding the track of the rolling bodies is/are fastened to the axial end surfaces of said bearing by adhesive bonding. Each guide flange has a rectangular profile cross section with a horizontal fastening limb and a vertical flange limb and, by way of the horizontal fastening limb thereof, is adhesively bonded in an encircling axial groove in an axial end surface of the bearing ring. The width of each axial groove is greater than the material thickness of each fastening limb, and each guide flange can be fixed radially in position in the particular axial groove of a profiling of the fastening limb of said guide flange, the profiling being in contact both with the outer wall and with the inner wall of the associated axial groove.

Bearing ring for a radial rolling bearing, in particular for a cylindrical roller bearing or a needle roller bearing

A rolling bearing cage, which has two annular elements and cage crossbars connecting the annular elements to each other so as to form pockets for receiving rolling elements arranged between every two adjacent cage crossbars and the annular elements. The cage crossbars have an elastic configuration. Also, a rolling bearing is disclosed that has a rolling bearing cage.

The invention concerns a rolling element cage () made of a metal strip material that is profiled, stamped, cut to length, and bent into a round shape, wherein the ends of the cut-to-length strip sections are joined together by welding. In order to make it possible to influence the lubricant distribution in the bearing and the vibration characteristics of the cage and thus of the overall bearing system, according to the invention the strip section ends () are joined together with a predetermined axial offset (a) and/or radial offset (b).

Rolling element cage

A multi-row rolling bearing, which has a cage for rows of rolling elements that is detachably connected to a respective adjoining cage. For assembly and safety of assembly, the detachable connection between the cages is at least one predetermined breaking point.

Multi-row rolling bearing

A needle roller bearing, which has a rimless inner ring or a rimless inner ring bushing and a plurality of rolling elements that are arranged and rotatable in the cage. For coherence of the needle roller bearing after manufacturing and for mounting in an installation space, the cage has, at least on one front end, a radially inward pointing retaining device and the inner ring or the inner ring bushing has a retaining element on its outer periphery that cooperates with the retaining device.

A bearing arrangement of a roller-mounted unbalanced mass shaft. The rollers are in punctiform contact with one of the raceways at a low shaft rotational speed, and in linear contact with both raceways at a high shaft rotational speed.

A combined radial and axial bearing is defined by the fact that the bearing ring () of the radial bearing is held at an axial end by a mounting bore in the runner plate () of the axial bearing, and the positively locking engagement is brought about by means of a ring () which is arranged between the bearing ring () and runner plate and is configured in such a way that the bearing ring () and runner plates () are prevented from rotating with respect to one another in the circumferential direction but limited axial displacement is possible.

Combined radial and axial bearing

A planet carrier () for a gearbox is provided, especially for an automatic transmission or a power-shift gearbox. The planet carrier () includes at least one planet gear () that is in constant contact with a sun gear and an internal geared wheel. The planet carrier () is formed from two parts and includes a single piece flange part () and a single piece cup body () formed in a step-type manner. The two components are rotationally symmetrical or approximately rotationally symmetrical, and are arranged with one at least partially inside the other. The internal diameter of the external part is adapted to the internal diameter of the internal part in an overlapping area. The two components are connected together at contact points. The components are positioned in a precise manner in relation to each other in the axial, radial and peripheral directions based on the construction. The individual components can be produced in a simple and economical manner through deep drawing.

Planet carrier for a gearbox

A planet carrier () for a gearbox, especially an automatic or power shift gearbox, is provided, including at least one planet gear () which is connected to a sun gear and a rotor wheel. The planet carrier is embodied in two parts and is made in two bodies () which are formed with a step-like shape and which are arranged one within the other. The internal diameter of the axially extending segments of the external body () is adapted to the external diameters of the internal body (). The bodies are positioned in a precise manner in relation to each other during construction. The individual components can be produced in a simple manner by shaping the sheet steel in a non-cutting manner.

A connecting rod of a crank mechanism is made as a single sheet metal part by shaping without chip removal out of sheet metal. The connecting rod comprises a base sheet () that is provided with an upper connecting rod eye () and a lower connecting rod eye (). Each of the connecting rod_eyes () has an integral cylindrical stamping (). The connecting rod further comprises a stiffening collar () that is integrally formed out of the base sheet () and is configured without interruption on the periphery of the base sheet ().
