Provided herein are FGFR1/KLB targeting agonistic antigen-binding proteins, or fragments thereof, having improved physico-chemical properties. Also provided herein are conjugates comprising an FGFR1/KLB targeting agonistic antigen-binding protein, or a fragment thereof, and at least one GLP-1R agonistic peptide. It further relates to their use as medicaments, in particular for the treatment of obesity, overweight, metabolic syndrome, diabetes mellitus, hyperglycemia, dyslipidemia, non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) and/or atherosclerosis.
