An electric machine has a plurality of phases. A winding is associated with each phase. An interconnection arrangement includes an annular carrier element with a plurality of axial cutouts, each for passage of a portion of a winding and a plurality of concentrically arranged, hollow-cylindrical switching rings. Each switching ring is adapted to contact a winding. The carrier element and the switching rings are adapted to radially positively engage one inside the other in an axial contact zone.

A stator of an electric machine for a hybrid vehicle or electric vehicle includes: a substantially cylinder-jacket-shaped, axially extending stator carrier. An axially actuatable positive engagement clutch which includes an input shaft with an input toothing and an output shaft with an output toothing. An axially displaceable connection element can occupy a meshing position which is located in an actuation path (s) between the open position and the closed position and in which the driving toothing engages with the input toothing or the output toothing for the first time during the transition from the open position into the closed position. An actuation device is configured to displace the connection element from the closed position to the open position, and an elastic return element which applies a restoring force to the connection element in direction of the closed position. The return element has a force/deflection characteristic with a local force maximum (F1) which coincides in the actuation path (s) at least approximately with the meshing position of the connection element.

An electric machine has a stator which carries a polyphase coil winding, wherein coil ends are connected in a predetermined manner to a plurality of electric connection conductors. The electric machine comprises a power connection unit having a plurality of terminal conductors which are constructed separate from the connection conductors and which by a first end portion are bondingly connected or connectable to the connection conductors and by a second end portion are connected or connectable to the electrical energy source. The power connection unit is constructed as a plastic composite element, in which the terminal conductors are embedded at least over a portion of their length in a plastic shell so as to be spaced apart from one another, and wherein first end portions of the terminal conductors project out of the plastic shell.
