Techniques for secure data synchronization are described. In one or more implementations, a determination is made as to whether enterprise data is stored locally on a first device corresponding to an enterprise device. Based on a determination that the second device is a non-enterprise device, a determination is made as to whether a permission associated with the first device indicates that the first device is permitted to propagate the enterprise data to non-enterprise devices. If the first device lacks permission to propagate the enterprise data to non-enterprise devices, the enterprise data is prevented from being propagated to the second device.

Secure data synchronization

Techniques for secure data synchronization are described. In one or more implementations, techniques may be employed to conserve high cost data storage by storing larger portions of encrypted data in low cost storage, while storing relatively smaller encryption keys in higher cost storage. A device that is granted access to the encryption keys can retrieve the encrypted data from the low cost storage and use the encryption keys to decrypt the encrypted data.

Embodiments are described for a method of performing fully homomorphic encryption on a data set by providing a multivariate encryption polynomial to produce an encrypted data set and a multivariate decryption polynomial to decrypt the encrypted data set, providing a multivariate function polynomial that represents an operation to be performed on the encrypted data set, and recomposing the function polynomial with encryption polynomial. Also described are a method comprising providing a private key comprising a multivariate polynomial polynomial function to encrypt plaintext data to produce ciphertext, and providing a public key comprising a multivariate set of equations derived from the private key and a randomly selected injective vectorial multivariate function to decrypt the ciphertext.

Method for fully homomorphic encryption using multivariate cryptography

Computer-executable instructions that are directed to the performance of consequential actions and automatically elevate to execute at a higher privilege level to do so can perform such consequential actions only after user notification. Doing so can enable monitoring processes to avoid presenting duplicative user notification upon detection of such auto-elevation. In addition, prior to presenting user notification, input from the execution environment can be ignored and access to DLLs for performing consequential actions can be avoided. A static analyzer can identify non-conforming computer-executable instructions. A wrapper can be utilized to provide compliance by otherwise unknown or non-conforming computer-executable instructions.
