Disclosed herein are various embodiments of an isolation device comprising a top slip, a top slip prop in engagement with the top slip, a bottom slip, a bottom slip prop in engagement with the bottom slip, a packer element positioned between the top slip prop and the bottom slip prop, wherein movement of the top slip prop and the bottom slip prop towards each other causes the packer element to expand outwardly, an annular receptacle formed between the inner mandrel and the top slip prop, and a pressure transfer sleeve at least partially disposed within the annular receptacle.

A plurality of wellbore darts are used and each has a body and a common dart profile that is matable with the sleeve mating profile. One or more sensors are positioned on the completion body to detect the plurality of wellbore darts traversing the inner flow passageway. An actuation sleeve is arranged within the completion body and movable to expose the sleeve mating profile.

A wellbore servicing system comprising two or more sensing, tool nodes is disclosed herein. Each of the sensing, tool nodes are configured to selectively allow, disallow, or alter a route of fluid communication between an axial flowbore thereof and an exterior thereof via one or more ports.
