The hands-free dog leash system is an anchoring system that is adapted for use with a belt that is worn by an individual. The hands-free dog leash system is further adapted for use with a tether. The tether is attached to the hands-free dog leash system to anchor the tether to the belt. Tethers attached to the hands-free dog leash system remain with the belt and will not be separated from the individual. Tethers attached to the hands-free dog leash system more robustly handle unexpected forces that are delivered through the tether than hand carried tethers. The hands-free dog leash system comprises one or more tether units. Multiple tether units can be interconnected to form a larger single unit.

Hands-free dog leash system

The invention provides a coating composition for use with metallic substrates that provides a unique balance of required properties. In particular, the coating composition of the invention simultaneously provides desirable levels of adhesion to metal, sandability without the production of harmful dust, corrosion resistance, and recoatability. The coating composition of the invention comprises a polyurethane or epoxy/amine film-forming component, and a corrosion protection component consisting of aluminum selected from the group consisting of nonleafing aluminum pigments, the corrosion protection component being present in the composition in an amount effective to prevent corrosion of the substrate. A cured film of the coating applied to a steel substrate has a pass rating after 480 hours in salt spray per ASTM B117.

Coating composition for metallic substrates

An intermediate clear barrier coat is composed of at least one polymer or oligomer or combination in an aqueous or organic solvent carrier. This layer is placed between a basecoat layer containing pigment and a low VOC clearcoat layer and inhibits the components of the low VOC clear topcoat from inducing a shift of color in the basecoat.

Basecoat color shift inhibitor

A cap construction including an exterior layer coextensive with an interior layer defining an cap-shaped structure including an elastomeric band to enhance securement of the structure overlying a swimmer's head portion. Sandwiched between the layers are a matrix of enclosed pneumatic chambers to afford a protective covering to the swimmer in use. A modification of the instant invention includes a plurality of coaxially aligned pneumatic chambers directed exteriorly through the opposed layers defining an elongate chamber defined by an ellipse of revolution. A further modification of the instant invention includes a series of spherical chambers captured between the layers including interconnecting conduits, wherein the conduits are secured at intersections with each pneumatic sphere defining a medial axis about each intersection with apertures directed through the conduits interiorly of the pneumatic chambers, or spheres to permit equalization of pressure throughout the matrix of spheres.
