In some aspects, a method includes executing a streaming application configured to stream a media content item on a display of a television device, and receiving, from the streaming application, a request to generate a token. The method includes, in response to the request, obtaining a user identifier of a user account of a media platform, obtaining a plurality of signals used to select promoted content for the user account, generating the token to include the user identifier and the plurality of signals, and encrypting the token to generate an encrypted token. The encrypted token is configured to be included in a fetch request to retrieve a promoted content item, personalized to the user account, from a promoted content server associated with the media platform. The promoted content item is configured to be inserted into playback of the media content item by the streaming application.

Promoted content selection and delivery in a television platform

Methods can include identifying a plurality of digital components that can be presented on the client device. A maximum number of digital components that can be presented in a slot of a content and the time duration of the slot is determined. For each digital component a score is generated based on the duration, a position requirement and the number of times the digital component is available for provision within the slot is generated. A first set of digital component is selected based on the scores and provided to the client device.

The present disclosure is generally directed to systems, devices, and methods for compressing the pelvis with alternating compressive air compartments by encircling the hip region of the patient. In some examples, a device may be applied to a person with a traumatic pelvic injury. A main body may include a strong flexible material such as neoprene and may have the general shape of a wide belt or pelvic girdle. The interior or exterior aspect of the binder may be composed of one or many straps that extend from one end of the binder and are looped through buckles on the other end of the binder and may therefore allow for tightening of the binder upon itself for compression. The end of the strap may contain a fastening device to affix the end of the strap to itself after the strap has been looped through the buckle.

Devices and methods for aiding practitioners in the implementation of arthroplasty prosthetics. Example devices may include a base and an alignment arm, and may be used for finding and recording the native alignment of a bone head, such as the femoral or humeral head. The base may be attached to the bone and the alignment arm may be adjusted to reflect the native alignment of the bone. Once the alignment is recorded, the native bone head may be removed and the prosthetic bone head may be attached to the bone, and properly oriented using the alignment arm of the device.
