A container apparatus can receive and hold a beverage container such as a beverage can or bottle. The apparatus can include a light assembly and can be used as a flashlight. A magnet can be positioned on the outer surface of the apparatus, and the apparatus can be magnetically attached to a metal support structure, such as a metal post or table.

Container apparatus and method of using same

A container sleeve apparatus includes an arcuate or cylindrical body that can be positioned on a cylindrical or conical container, such as a tumbler, cup, can or bottle. A transparent or translucent insert section that can be releasably attached to the sleeve body. The sleeve body can be made of a non-slip, elastic material, such as neoprene rubber. The insert section can be made of plastic and can include a logo printed or engraved thereon. The apparatus can include a light emitting device that illuminates the transparent/translucent insert section.

A temperature regulating apparatus can comprise a housing, an intake fan, an outlet fan, and one or more canisters containing a pressurized cooling gas, such as carbon dioxide, freon, nitrogen, difluoroethane, trifluoroethane, or tetrafluoroethane, positioned within the housing. The inlet fan draws warm air from outside of the housing into the housing through vent openings formed in the housing. Cooling gas is released from the canisters when a temperature sensing device detects the ambient temperature is above a predetermined desired temperature, and the outlet fan blows cooled air out of the housing through the vent openings, whereby the ambient temperature outside of the housing can be cooled to the predetermined desired temperature.

An illumination apparatus can include a light assembly having a housing section and an attachment section. At least one light emitting device is contained within the housing section. The attachment assembly can include a substantially flat base section and an attachment member extending outwardly from the base section. The attachment section of the light assembly can define a recess having a size and shape that is complementary to the attachment member of the attachment assembly, such that the light assembly and the attachment assembly can be releasably attached to each other by complementary frictional engagement of the attachment member of the attachment assembly and the attachment section of the light assembly when the attachment member is positioned within the attachment section.

A container apparatus can include a container and an insert assembly. The insert assembly can include four elongate members. The four elongate members can include light emitting devices for illuminating the interior of the container and/or temperature altering elements for cooling and/or heating the interior of the container. The container can have a rectangular base and a rectangular sidewall extending upwardly from the base. The sidewall can define four corners of the container, and four elongate recesses can be formed in the sidewall proximate the four corners of the sidewall to receive the elongate light members. An eyewear retainer apparatus includes at least one elongate member adapted for being connected to the temples of a pair of eyeglasses and a light assembly connected to the elongate member. The light assembly can comprise a housing and a transparent or translucent cover member that can be removably attached to the housing. The transparent or translucent cover member can include a logo or other indicia engraved or printed on the surface of the cover member. The light assembly can illuminate the logo.
