Disclosed is a removable attachment bar for a flip-top table that includes multiple tracks on which objects table top supports, storage containers, and other items may be mounted. While maintaining the benefits of standard flip-top tables, attachment bar also achieves many benefits including improved table rigidity and additional locations to secure attachments to the table.

An improved mechanism for operating a flip-top table is presented that provides improved table rigidity, an intuitively operable release mechanism, a single release action to release the mechanism from both a 'use' and 'folded' position, and spatially separated latches for the &#x201c;use&#x201d; and &#x201c;folded&#x201d; positions. Additionally the mechanism meets or exceeds government and industry standards while having a refined appearance.

Flip-top table mechanism

A swivel mechanism for a vehicle seat includes a base plate configured to be fixed relative to the vehicle and to provide support to the vehicle seat. The vehicle seat is mounted to a seat mounting plate having a first side configured to receive the vehicle seat and a second side opposite the first side, mechanically coupled to the base plate. The seat mounting plate and the base plate are mechanically coupled so that when the seat mounting plate is rotated about an axis of the base plate the seat mounting plate translates in a plane that is substantially perpendicular to the axis of the base plate. A locking recess is formed in one of the base plate or the seat mounting plate, and is adapted to receive a locking pawl pivotably mounted to the opposite one of the base plate or the seat mounting plate. The locking recess is biased toward the locking recess such that when the locking pawl and locking recess are engaged, the seat mounting plate is inhibited from movement relative to the base plate.

Eccentric swivel mechanism for a vehicle seat

A latch assembly is disclosed comprising a handle pivotable from a first position to a second position, a slider movable in response to movement of the handle between the first position and the second position, and a pivot pivotable between an upright position and a foldable position, wherein when the handle is in the first position the pivot is locked in one of the upright position and the foldable position, and when the handle is moved to the second position the pivot is movable between the upright position and the foldable position.
